ahh damn it man, i knew that hed be really annoyed and leave the place, yeah i bet it did affect him mentally badly... the fool that caused all the shit need to be careful cause if garry had a issue and wanted to harm himself this little polish troll would be in serious legal issues and he can face being dragged through the courts as online bullying as the person had done is against the law in NZ im sure. and if you can prove it the person or perons can be in serious legal trouble.
the person is skating on thin ice he or she is... id dare not boast about how much of a troll they are and how they bullied members and the thing is he dont realise is there is logs soo all his antics will be recorded somewhere... hence why i wont say stuff to people anymore as it will be logged and come back to bite ya asshole.

We ran Google Ads on this website, but Google repeatedly contacted us to say that discussing the Russia–Ukraine war from a neutral perspective was not permitted under its terms and conditions. Rather than risk having the platform banned, I decided to remove the ads altogether, as we had no intention of stopping discussions on this subject.

So, running a Russian Defense forum is a difficult task to handle

to be honest i think its going the way where there will be no free speech if the governments of the world keep on f*cking us all over and they try to be inclusive.
where i am the gov keeps on making up all these new laws to stop people from saying anything they may remotely think could be classed as even slightly possible hate speech or racial. rewind back at least 20 years you could still do anything as in say what you felt but now you cant and then the gov pushes media to allow free speech but in other words its not free speech its regulated propaganda, i see its probably less as restrictive online in north korea then it is in a western country.

well its not too much of a issue but when you have certain users that repeatedly attack a forum all cause they dont like what they see thats the issue, you wont find the real truth on here as someone that has cause all the issues is right in this very thread they are the snitch that ended the great site, hey ive seen stuff online i dont like and i simply wont go to that place not be some drama queen and go on about all this garbage.

i was on there as Kommer2016 the day just before it was shut down i was on the litigation thread garry b had started up, i recall hearing the original owner left of went elsewhere and garry took over running it in a sort of caretaker position.
so greetings to you and all other members on here from this forum and the old russian forums

The original owner must have died. I had been on RDF since 2012. It’s hard to believe that one guy, in cahoots with a Forumotion admin, managed to destroy everything. At first, I didn’t know what was going on. I thought my country had blocked the site, but then I found out the truth here.

dont worry i read a lot of the litigation thread and its all hot air in a way, if anything its sort of what i myself would call corrupt as the forumotion person was doing what they did with very little real evidence from the accused.
these members just like on some discord servers would suck up to a mod or admin and then theyd make up bogus claims and shit and then the person being accused would have no way of defending themselves and theyd get banned but then theyd try to appeal it and youd never get anywhere cause the appeals people were just as corrupt as the mods or admins that was banning the users. one server i recall well was the E-dgy server by some Zane person it was found out the Zane was committing real time fraud by the use of gift cards for questionable stuff thats outlawed and theyd basically a form of money laundering.
but anyway yeah i dunno the original creator yeah just vanished i wonder if they either got sick and or lost their logins due to their pc or laptop dying or yeah something and they wanted out.

its not the drain, I am in process of recovering the site from July 6th 2026,
it is 60% recovered, I expect it to take another 24-36 hours to finish recovering, wayback archive is very slow.

once we have that,
I will set it up in Ireland or panama or sweden, all three are fairly safe place to host a forum.

we cannot recover the userdatabase though, so Garry is emailing me a username list which will be imported into our new phpbb forum,
we then use a script to import the recovered threads and change them to work with phpbb and then I run a script to link the old posts with the new username database

then we send a email out to all users asking them to reset their passwords.

all sounds easy, I expect 1-2 hicupps
