China's ICE engine has actually surpassed all automakers from the US/Germany/Japan in efficiency.

Since China is not only strong in BEV and PHEV, its ICE cars are superior to all competitors as well.

That's not an engine for an ICE car...it's specific for a hybrid car and is running at a constant RPM to charge the batteries...which isn't a real world scenario for an ICE car that has to smoothly handle RPM changes.

Tesla in part is similar to Cola Cola. You sell a story. You tell people Coke is not water with sugar, but you can fly if you drink coke.

Well apparently Chinese consumers are the biggest suckers since the Tesla Model Y was the top selling car model in China in 2023 and is consistently in the top 5...this hasn't even been achieved in the US yet.
