i believe no weapon is too late , the question is do Ukrainian that for 100 year hammered with USSR and Russian warfare doctrine can use them as effective as USA or western European or want to use them how USSR would have used them

That‘s not a problem. Look at Ukraine refugees in Europe they are the most educated folks among all refugees. If you are educated you are much open to more options, more flexibility. Ukraine people can adapt to new environment much easier than others folks they can run leopards 2 in one month what other take a year.
