You don't need to like putin to see the west's advancement and the eu's meddling was always going to be poking the russian bear. Far too many vested interests in this. America pulls out of Afghanistan and the arms companies lose money so provoke another war in the Ukraine to keep the arms companies in the U.S. in profit. Lets wait. The west has seized 260 billion euros from Putin. This mountain of money generates 4 billion euros a year in earnings. Those money will end up eventually in Ukraine pocket.
Every day war costs Russia about 1 billion euros.
Don’t forget the economic losses on Russia economy. The destruction of gas pipelines, the halt of gas transit, western sanctions are in trillions of euros on Russia.

With the gas prices high, their shale gas industry becomes economically viable, their LNG industry is booming, the grain market is better than ever and as a result the dollars fall is delayed further by a decade or so.
There is only one looser in the long run... Europe.
Russia will survive this as long as China and Russia are there to take their petroleum products.

The video shows what is believed to be footage of a fire, although this has not yet been officially confirmed.
