Russia has shown what it takes to win in modern war and it has shown it is prepared to pay the price. Ukraine has shown it is not prepared to pay the price. Ukraine counteroffensive was a total failure….

Nope, Ukraine will fight for as long as it takes, and they have thoroughly decimated the Russian military. 400K casualties, over 14,400 visually confirmed equipment losses. Massive strategic victory for the US, at minimal cost to us.

Modern war? No, this has evolved into an artillery war reminiscent of WW1. Had the US decided to enter this war, the Russians would be obliterated across the entire front.

This war has proven the superiority of Western equipment across the entire spectrum. Russias only prayer is mass and removal of western aid.

Not gonna happen. China has specifically said its neighbors are off limits. The US went to war with North Korea and ended up fighting China for 2 years, having tens of thousands of American soldiers killed for nothing. China has readied 1 million Chinese volunteers to enter Russia if the US goes to war with Russia.

Avdiivka was a small city of 32K, and a tiny blot on the Ukraine map. For Russia to take Donetsk Oblast, they’d have to take both Sloviansk and Kramatorsk, both cities of 100K and 150K. This would take an enormous effort from Russia, and if Ukraine received a steady supply of artillery practically impossible.

If Ukraine aid passed, the US could send 100K 155mm shells tomorrow.

It's no secret that the US ran out of artillery shell in 2023? . In April, the US had to get 500,000 shells from South Korea to give to Ukraine, 2 months into the spring offensive, the US had only cluster bombs to give Ukraine. When Ukraine was using 200,000 shells a month and the US can produce only 28,000 shells a month, it doesn't take a genius to figure out there was a supply problem a year ago. The EU can't produce as much as the US, that's why the US had to go to South Korea. No amount of money will help Ukraine, the West's militaries have been depleted. Maybe the West can ask pakistan or others to sell some of their military supplies to give to Ukraine, they won't give any of that away that for free, they're not stupid

Actually the shells the US purchased from South Korea had a caveat that, as South Korea was neutral, they COULD NOT be given to Ukraine. So the US had to fly them to bases all around the world where limited stocks were held and SWAP them for the US made shells there. No I'm not joking. AWFUL behaviour by ALLY SK
