Russian men have the lowest life expectancy among industrial countries.
Probably they drink too much wodka days and nights.
Russia minimum wage is 7,500 rubles per month. That’s about 75 euros. Even cheapest chinese smartphones are too expensive for the common russians.
Putin made great things during the first term, but then after winning reelection he changed his minds. He now drives Russia faster and deeper into the abyss.

Lower labor cost is good for investment. China builds lots of factories in Russia and hires cheap Russian labor. It's not a bad thing for Russians.

You mean Chinese can employ russians to make shoes? I doubt Russia can compete with Bangladesh.

Sure. Why not? Russia has very clean work environment. Very low population density compared to Bangladesh and much better environmental protection.

It's very easy to shuttle material and goods back and forth between China and Russia. Now there is a bridge built over the Amur river which is the border between China and Russia. The bridge accomodates trains and trucks.
