True, but nations are made of humans. Nations are not inanimate objects. Humans dictate what nations do. There's no reason China and Russia be enemies. There's no quarrel. There is no dispute. Russia is big market of Chinese companies. Russia is China's client state. There's an old Chinese saying. Better be friends with your neighbors than be enemies with your neighbors.

Terminology:
East Ukraine is the half of Ukraine east of Dnepr.
West Ukraine is the half of Ukraine west of Dnepr.
Russia is Russia at 1991 border when USSR went kaput.

A lot of Russia's cars are built domestically with Chinese assistance. It's a win win scenario. It's good for the economies of both Russia and China.

That’s true, good for China.
But I really don’t know if that’s good for Russia, too. Putin gives $300 billion a year for war against Ukraine while 24 percent of russians don’t have own toilets.

Only FAB can win urban warfare. A lot of these buildings are too tough even for 500 pound bombs. Only big Soviet era bombs can demolish these really tough buildings.

Russia has 140 million people. West Ukraine has 20 million people. Russia has 7 times the population of West Ukraine.

East Ukraine has 20 million people, 10 million in Russian East Ukraine, 10 million in Ukrainian East Ukraine.
