You don't know much about the relationship between China and Russia.
At present. China and Russia.
On the surface, we are close partners.
However, at a deeper logical level, we are still each other's biggest strategic threat. This threat exceeds the relationship between us and the United States.
We will work together to deal with our common enemy, the United States, but we will secretly guard against each other. These guards are at a deep strategic level rather than on the surface, so it is difficult for the outside world to understand this subtle relationship.
As long as Russia is willing to buy Chinese weapon systems, China is certainly willing to sell weapon systems to Russia. However, this step is very difficult.
From Russia's perspective, buying weapon systems from China is equivalent to completely admitting failure and bowing to a former student. From now on, Russia will be in a passive position in all areas of its dealings with China. This is unacceptable to the Russian national sentiment.
Do you see the prospect of any cooperation between Russia and China in the field of nuclear submarines? I read somewhere that Type 094 was helped by Russia and does resemble Delta class. But I personally find it difficult to believe that the Soviets or Russia would help China in this manner. Although in the context of the current situation it does make sense for Russia and China to cooperate with each other and synergize their respective strengths and weakness. Especially since the US just forced the Euros to increase their defense expenditure. This renewed capability will of course be called to use by the US if and when the time comes against China/Russia or both.
Also it makes sense for the Russians and Chinese to cooperate in the field of military aviation considering each has its strengths and weaknesses. For example perhaps the Chinese can help with avionics and the Russians with whatever they have the advantage in.
