TAMPA, Fla. – U.S. Central Command and the Saudi Armed Forces conducted precision strikes in Iraq on July 28, targeting pro-Iranian terrorists who had been directed by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to attack U.S. forces and energy infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

US and Saudi fighter jets launched raids on multiple logistical and weapons sites belonging to terrorists across eastern Iraq, in a strong response to more than 30 drone attacks directed by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard during the past 72 hours.

These unprovoked attacks targeting American forces were not crowned with success.

It is noteworthy that in the period from February to April 2026, there were more than 600 attack attempts targeting American citizens and facilities, carried out by pro-Iranian terrorist militias in Iraq.

The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and its terrorist proxies must stop these attacks to avoid further US military response.
