On Sunday, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation called on all countries to join the historic political initiative launched by Saudi Arabia For the “International Coalition to Implement the Two-State Solution”

Saying that it “forms a political protection network for the vision of the two-state solution.” In accordance with international law, the United Nations Charter and its resolutions

"It embodies a commitment to supporting efforts to end the Israeli occupation
Establishing a Palestinian state and achieving just, comprehensive and lasting peace in the region.”

Saudi Arabia has one mission now
It is to mobilize the largest international coalition to establish the State of Palestine
And Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, may God protect him
Within a week, he traveled the earth and visited several countries
He began by announcing an international, Islamic, Arab alliance and friendly countries from within the headquarters of the United Nations
United Nations General Assembly in New York

I was the Admirer of MBS for years until recently when he took no stand against the killings of children in Palestine. Then the UK newspapers reported his statement that he doesn’t care about Palestine. He is a leader with no balls as he should have taken a stand and come out as the leader of the Arab worlds. He proved himself to be a coward

He took a powerful stand..No normalization with Israel before the establishment of a state of Palestine based on 1967 borders and with East Jerusalem Al Qods as its capital..

The statement is here on the thread..

And about that report in UK newspapers: most likely publications that are not friendly to Saudi Arabia.

A Saudi official described this account of the conversation to The Atlantic as “incorrect”.

In public, Mohammed bin Salman has stated that Saudi Arabia will not normalise relations with Israel without the establishment of a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.

"The Kingdom will not cease its diligent efforts to establish an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital," he said at a recent annual address before the Shura Council in Riyadh.

How do they know if the talk was secret and private!?

he is the one who was normalising relationship with Israel so he only took a step back. As the English media reported, he is fearing assassination by Islamists for supporting Israel

He only took a step back until the Gaza war is over and then he will start pursuing Muslim nations again to recognise Israel.

if he was a leader, the war must have stopped by now or Saudis would be on the border defending the Palestinians

I think the proposal has been repeated few times , 2 state solution before any other offer, seemed like a good deal , not taken up by a specific nation

It is unwise to keep beating the bush , if the other party commits genocide, it is not the way of the world

However diplomatically seems Saudia did tried their best and is still doing some effort

They can't fight the US..you know that it is not about Israel..

He always has the condition of the two state solution for any normalization to occur..

Two state solution was proposed back in 1940s. It didn’t happen in 80 years, so he is only doing blah blah in that case.

I guess that’s all he can do under the present circumstances as he is clearly scared to confront anyone

That is true.before even the establishment of Israel..But now it is based on the 1967 borders..The real talk started in 2003 after a Saudi proposition..MBS wasn't there yet..

Well he is doing what he can as no one is seemingly ready to confront the US militarily..and that is the card that Israel holds in the planet's face..if it is not war it is vetoes!
