Shiquanhe ( Indus River ) is originated from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Kailash , it is being constantly fed by the water from melted glaciers of the Kailash mountain.
China and Pakistan should work together, If India blocks the Indus river, China should block Shiquanhe and allow no water to flow into India.

Or divert the Sutlej in Tibet to go into the Indus. Pakistan can work to connect the Indus across the north of Punjab via a couple of major canals spread the Water back and forth across the six rivers.

China could probably even look for any smaller rivers that feed into the Ganga from Mount Kailash and threaten to divert some of those waters as well and into the Indus.

The Sharda River comes to mind.
