Supercars rolling in bangalore roads

I am amazed at the quality of the roads and how tiny they are. For a country that aspires to compete with China, the disparity in development and modernity is truly stark. Even smaller Asian countries like Pakistan have vastly superior infrastructure than India. Not sure what to attribute to except maybe the legendary Indian bureaucracy because it surely isn’t funds.

Its about perception. India has much higher rates of vehicle ownership and sales and that's why most roads look congested, apart from encroachment problems on our streets. So even a 3 lane over there might feel wide but narrow in India.
