I’m going by google and we all know google is all knowing but like I said whatever past actions he may or may have committed I hope he decides to make a better Syria but we all know how are Arab leaders are once they gain that power they rarely let go and if I’m wrong please name me one Arab leader that has yet to leave office after their terms are over.

Strawman through and through, Assad kicked out Hamas from Syria, calling them an "Unwanted Guest" when speaking to US Senators.

The only Palestinian groups in Syria were Assad Loyalists those incorporated into Assad's Shabiha and their job was to destroy Palestinian refugee camps which saw Anti Assad protests. Syria in the entire time the Assad family ruled never fired a bullet at Israel. Syria infact was never used in Anti Israeli operations under Assad, who had an understanding with the Zionist entity. Its no coincidence btw that the Druze factions rebelling as all former Pro Assadists.
