Turkey’s relations with Iran are centuries old and can not be underestimated. Their borders didnt change for 500 years - it is the only untouched original border left in the MENA-region. Turkey is the only NATO-member that has outstanding relations and trade with Iran.

I wished Greece had such good relations with Turkey. It’s a shame that you dont, we are also neighbours.

Iranians in this thread are really lost and without any logic.

First they supported Assad against the Syrian people.

Now Assad is gone, they dont support the new government.

They hate Israel, but now are supporting Israel against the Syrians.

Everytime when muslims fight against non-muslims, they support the non-muslim side (USA vs Saddam, India vs Pakistan, Armenia vs Azerbaijan, FSA/HTs vs Russia).

The truth is that this was one of the main factors which made the Israeli regime bold enough to plan and attack and kill 1000 Iranians. Else they would be worried about facing retaliation from Syrian territory.

I heard that during the Israeli bombings of Iran,Turkey was passing on information to the US,as part of NATO and they used to pass it on to the Israelis. An analyst said that on TV anyway. I guess it's a NATO obligation. Or pleasure,for Erdogan...

I dont quite understand your point here tbh. Not sure what you are trying to argue or if you agree or disagree. Those are two different concepts, one is referring to a specific school of thought regarding Aqeedah (Islamic jurisprudence) while the other concept (Salafi) is not, its a broad description of following the ways of the companions. They are not mutually exclusive, you can be both Hanafi and Salafi at the same time.. they are not contradictory things.
