The Druze beheaded Bedouin children and hostages they've taken, as been reported and shown here and elsewhere a few days ago, and is ethnically cleansing them from Swayda, and the Bedouin retaliated in the same manner unfortunately. The bottom line is that none of these factions are ISIS and many are not even religious, some are completely secular, and are not controlled by the government, who were trying to prevent all this.
