china wont like russian snooping in its backyard
The biggest danger is the TTP/BLA (which will happen) getting these, which will make airports in Balochistan and KPK dangerous for civilian traffic (when they are landing and taking off), and even PAA helicopters and VIP transport will be in crosshairs.
unfortunately yesLooks like the Russians have copied the US Stinger system.
The real problem is:Talis already experimenting with FPVs. This article is largely a nothing burger. Russia needs China so any move inside Afghanistan that upsets the Chinese apple cart will not go down to well in Beijing.
Brilliant post as usual and I agree with your line of questioning and thought. Problem is that a lot of people will not apply critical thinking and just take things at face value when they suit certain narratives. The real problem is:
This is just an analytical and predictive article. People here keep using this "foundation" for associative analysis, yet no one questions the article's authenticity, no one questions the author's true motives. And this "foundation" itself doesn't currently exist.

This is the real issue.
If one day an article appears saying "India Wants To Build a Certain Weapon System With China's Help," will this forum start discussing whether Pakistan should attack China, or whether Pakistan should support Taiwanese independence, instead of questioning why this article even exists?

Brother, that is not what Michael is eluding to. He is stating why don't Pakistani posters consider being critical and analysing things beyond the black and white. This got attention in Pakistan because the first thing TTA defense minister said upon landing in Kabul was "Now Pakistan won't be able to attack us from air anymore".
Many people here are unaware of the situation between China and Russia. All analysis is built upon the current superficial narrative and the narrative structure established by Western English-language media. Analysis and predictions are based on the relationships between China and Pakistan, Russia and Pakistan, and China and Russia.Brilliant post as usual and I agree with your line of questioning and thought. Which is why I always decide to err on the side of caution and read between lines. Everyone has an agenda they wish to project and sometimes people forget this.

I continue to maintain this article and any analysis thereof is a nothing burger.
I want to be the world's richest person! This got attention in Pakistan because the first thing TTA defense minister said upon landing in Kabul was "Now Pakistan won't be able to attack us from air anymore".
