As an observer for now.

Once the core platform has been locked down, designed, developed and the technology demonstrator has flown, then I suspect there maybe more conversations on what can be provided to other countries.

The UK is keen to not replicate the mistakes of Eurofighter programme, and Germany's negative role in the development of that platform.
