TF-X / KAAN / Hürjet Turkish Fighter & Trainer Aircrafts News & Discussions

F35 are not happening Trump wont risk getting in conflict with Jewish/Greek/armenian Lobby also there is strong bipartisan agreement against the export of F35. Over 80% of both parties unconditionally support israel so the chance of the americans giving us a possibility to negate Israel's air superiority advantage is slim.

Lets see, things are changing so I am not so sure

Its possible, but Japan has its own unique issue, namely export restrictions due to their post ww2 pacifism. Also that engine isn't in production, we don't know the status of that engine.
Yeah again true but what I read if it’s joint ventures it’s alright like their fighter jet that’s with several countries on a military collaboration it’s alright but thanks for answering back

And Turkiye has nothing to learn from Japan

Japan has no technology to develop unmanned stealth Fighter Jets
only USA , Turkiye and China

Turkiye itself has developed KAAN , KIZILELMA and ANKA-3

Japan can not develop anything alone ... but with British-Italian GCAP

KAAN's design features stealth, internal bays, nose and cheek radar. All of them carry 5th generation characteristics.

With the F110 engine we can also call it 5th generation.

When our own engine arrives, we can call it 5.5 generation.
