TF-X / KAAN / Hürjet Turkish Fighter & Trainer Aircrafts News & Discussions

S400 can do all that SIPER and the next SIPER variant can.
Some S400 missiles has a far bigger range.

Stop thinking that all that Turkey make is world top class. It's not the case yet.

S400 can not work with NATO Systems including link-16 for network centric warfare

SIPER’s superior features Compared to the S-400

1 --
SIPER utilizes ASELSAN’s state-of-the-art AESA radar based on Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology instead of S-400's old PESA Radar

2 -- Network-Centric Warfare with Link-16 Integration
The S-400 is a closed-loop Russian system , on the other hand SIPER is built from the ground up to integrate into Link-16 and Turkiye's RADNET network

3 -- Dual-Pulse Advantage
SIPER-2 utilizes a dual-pulse solid rocket motor. The second pulse fires right before terminal interception, providing a massive burst of energy and maneuverability

The S400 has a firing range advantage.

And the engine will be a pain in the turkish a** for years, and years....

No problem
We are acquiring 10+80 F-110 engines, which will give us the time we need

better go and worry about your French Air Force which will fly with only RAFALE until 2045

Rafale bombed a turkish camp in Lybia.....
It's not words, but acts.

YES against 45 year old HAWK Air Defense System with range of 40 km
wow what a great success ... even our AKINCI UCAV can do it

----------------------------------------------------------------------

RAFALE would stand no chance against SIPER-2, which operates within Turkiye's advanced radar network

In fact, SIPER could successfully complete its mission without revealing its position to RAFALE by turning off its own ALP-300G AESA Radar and using the E-7T AEWC, and by the time the RAFALE pilot detects SIPER-2 when it activate its radar seeker at the last seconds, it would be too late .. and GAME OVER

KIZILELMA , ANKA-3 and KAAN stealth platforms have much lower RCS than old RAFALE in BVR combat .. that means RAFALE will have been shot down before it could detect KAAN on its radar.

true but you have to start somewhere atleast with the f110 we can still develop the fighter jet instead of waiting for it. Most likely the first Block 10 aircraft will become training and testing version once Kaan with domestic engines is in service in large numbers and block 20 will get an engine replacement.

So we got the licences for 80 F110 engines.

Thats very good news.

Greece will be crazy about this.

Hey @BonPlan ;

If you can rid yourself of that French arrogance bordering on utter stupidity, I have a mutually beneficial offer. Let's integrate the Safran M-88 T-Rex engine into the Kızılelma. And let's modify the Kızılelma so it can be launched by catapult.

The Safran M-88 T-Rex is currently the only engine in mass production that can bring the Kızılelma to its true potential. No other in mass-produced engine generates this much thrust in this compact size.

Oh sorry,
I forgot that turkish products are all superiors to the rest of the world production.

We will see if your Kaan will be ready before. It's another task to built on a serial basis than to hand made prototyps.
So far your Kaan is years ahead a IOC, not to speak of FOC.

French arrogance? It is peace of a cake compared to @MMM-E one !

The tie between France and Turkey are not strong enough to imagine that. You will find a solution with EJ200 or a US engine....

Why? as said, KAAN is far away any initial capacity. Just an aero show. Same status than Rafale A in its time : a frame, 2 engines, and no weapon system.

Forget about him, he's living in his own parallel universe! LOL

I'm very serious. There's a huge commercial potential and talent gap here. The American navy is struggling with a range crisis. What they can do will either fly a very long time from now or their range is insufficient. They can't fearlessly launch F-35s to the front lines, and because of the DF series missiles, they're forced to languish in the middle of the ocean. Furthermore, their existing F-18Cs are nearing the end of their lifespan. We offer customers the fuselage and autonomous software, along with the T-Rex engine. They can fill it with their own sensors, communication equipment, and ammunition. You can sell over 300 T-Rex engines with a single signature.

I haven't even mentioned Europe, Ukraine, and other hotspots.

All ignorant People are babbling here

One is talking about M-88 T-rex Engine for the KIZILELMA

Another one trying to make fun of KAAN, even though their own stealth Fighter jet won't be ready even in 2045

I forgot that turkish products are all superiors to the rest of the world production.

Nobody is talking about superiority , enough with your trolling

I gave you detailed info what about SIPER and S400 for network centric Warfare
and SIPER will be better to work with distributed architecture ( KAAN , KIZILELMA , TF-2000 , E-7T AEWC , etc )

but you are so ignorant who dont know what about even cooperative engagement capability

in 2028-2030 period everybody will see what about the KAAN , with

MURAD-600A AESA Radar
FEWS next gen Electronic Warfare Suite
TOYGUN EOTS
KARAT IRST
and 185-200+ km GOKBORA-GOKHAN ramjet powered air to air Missiles

old RAFALE is an easy target ... nothing else
