The Strongest militaries in the Muslim world

Turkey is NATO, they don't need Nuke, and by that fact alone, Turkey should be number 1, because of that soft power pull.

Yes & No. Depends upon circumstances.

If a country is attacked by a non-Nato member then ofcourse a NATO membership comes seriously handy.

But let's say there is war erupted in middle-east where Turkey & Pakistan are also dragged into. Then in such a scenario, Turkey will not be allowed to use NATO's nukes or its tactical nukes to be brought in theater. and It won't have any deterrence against any other supposedly enemy nuclear power. While everyone would know the deterrence lies with Pakistan with its several WMDs both at tactical & strategic levels. Such independence to bring such deterrence is a leverage and so Pak should be at top.

Secondly, if it ever comes to alliances, then it would be WW3. Pakistan & China have strategic & defense partnerships. So that would become a whole different debate of geopolitics & alliances. The list is better to be judged as individual countries.

Turkey, Egypt and KSA have stronger militaries than Pakistan.
All three of those countries can fight a conventional war based off of the western playbook to the letter. Pakistan can't do that.

Turkish military is strong. Correct. Stronger than Pakistan? I doubt it, yes maybe in some areas. The size of Pakistan military is gigantic.

Egypt ?? No way on earth.

you are completely wrong about Egypt. and irony is you are comparing em with Pakistan? !!

Egypt has everything supplied by West. Let's see how Egypt will perform against any western power or Israel.

- Air power: Egyptian airforce do not pose even a slightest threat to any capable airforce of west or israel. Severely lacks long range BVRs. Huge F-16 fleet is completely toothless without AMRAAMs. Rafales without Meteors (PAF even destroyed Rafales that had meteors). Modern airforces have BVRs 2 or 3 times the range of Egyptian a2a missiles. Egypt airforce stand no chance. While Pakistan demonstrated JUST a while ago by shooting best of the WESTERN aircrafts that had BEST of the western missiles.

- Ballistic missies: Egypt has any ?? - Pakistan is a gangster in that domain. That's your strike capability. Egypt has none.

- Antiship missiles: All egypt has are those competely useless western supplied legacy subsonic Harpoons & Exocets. they sell only those weapons for which they have full control over & defense against. These missiles are easily interceptable. Pakistan has supersonic CM-series missiles, much longer ranges and much higher speeds. Plus Pakisan building P-282.

- Missiles in general (SSMs or ASM / ALCMs etc) . Egypt lacks any indigenous industry or capability to develop missiles of its own. These missiles are the strike element of your military. If you don't have huge inventory or even capability to build those or a reliable supplier which can give you cutting edge / supersonic / hypersonic then you are not a powerful military by any means. Stand off munitions is the key. Pakistan has whole range of in-house missile systems from KRL, NESCOM, AWC etc. Then chinese supplied missiles are way better then sluggish, legacy western missiles that they "allow" to sell.

So, Egypt is a strong military only against a military of 1980s or against a military that is not modern at all. Egypt is strong against Libya, Somalia etc. They lack serious offensive capabilities. All their systems are sitting ducks without long range missiles in all domains air to air, surface to surface, air to surface. they do not have at par capabilities with any other modern conventional military.

Pakistan is way strong even if we put nukes aside. There are many other factors, like trainings, real combat experience, multi-domain operations, terrain of the country, size of the military, in everything Pakistan scores much higher.

does Pakistan have any successes against a white military?

I can't go to da toilet without being escorted by Trump sahb bhai.....help me paleej paa G......:p

Do rupay ka AL-Turkiya .......Do rupay ka Sawdi Judea no?

The point is that Pakistan's successes against India 2019 and beyond isn't a good measure to judge Pakistan's strength globally since the country was dealing with an enemy that has now proven itself to be incompetent beyond measure (ffs they shot their own SAR helo with israeli tech in 2019).

This doesn't make Pakistan special when looking at the world. If we are measuring Pakistan against hardened militaries such as Egypt and Turkey then the bar gets really high.

Egyptians have been successful in eliminating an insurgency in Sinai, Pakistan can't even get that done.

So, while you guys are going through these gyrations, I referred to an old source:

Using Muslim nations as the criterion, the rankings would be:

1. Turkiye
2. Pakistan
3. Indonesia
4. Iran
5. Egypt
6. KSA

First of all, you do know NATO has a no-first-use policy right? So for Turkey or any NATO nation, they would have to be attacked (and cannot be an aggressor) if you are involved in a war that is not defensive, whether or not it happened in the Middle East, Asia or Europe, you don't get NATO Nulcear Protection, well, you don't get Article 5 to begin with.

NATO nuclear protect umbrella is a point, but that's not the point when I say soft power pull, no country can go to war and do everything yourself, US always wants a coalition to be part of their war, and NATO membership gives Turkey the advantage of forming Alliance, access to market and technology that was otherwise not accessible by anyone else, that's what kills most defence development project. You can understand this better by comparing Turkey and Pakistan past military project

On the other hand, the power of nuke is not really that strong of an actual issue; having a bomb and using it are two different concepts. Russia had nuclear weapons, does that mean they can just use it in Ukraine to even the footing or just get a war over with? It's a more complex issue because of the stigma of becoming an international pariah, that is the reason why Nuclear Weapon in Russia play no roles in the war in Ukraine even after Ukrainian had invaded and bomb the shit in Russia (Remember that drone strike?). In a real term, nuclear weapons have no power other than giving the owner defensive rights, which would have been the same as Turkey vis-a-vis NATO nukes.

Dope is legal in Canada, isn't it?

PAF - US trained
Pak Army - Brit trained

KSA - pretty and with nice toys. Hardly battle proven like Pakistan.

Do your own filtering:

Your Indian cousins show Turkiye. Pakistan didn't make the Top 10:

And yet another:

For what it’s worth top 5.

1. Pakistan
2. Turkiye

[ Big gap ]

3. Egypt
4. Saudi Arabia (Strong tech, operationally weak)
5. Iran (Was #4 but after war with Israel)

The reality is most Muslim countries militarily aren’t capable, out of 57 countries only 2 can launch western-style military operations.

Meaning only Pakistan and Turkiye, can launch precision-strikes, joint-force, functional ISR, network centric warfare, SEAD/DEAD, electronic warfare, real time targeting and more.

The rest are anemic.

Countries like Egypt and Saudi Arabia can't even stand against zionists for two days 🌟
