No military man in uniform can be arrested by the police , it's almost a universal rule.... there's a procedure to arrest , you got to follow it.

You need to understand that Col took matters in his own hands and used everything in his disposal to stand up for his wife. If he brought in bunch of soldiers as bacn up then he would have been in the wrong 100%.
