If we had a functioning police any student that threw hands would have been arrested on the spot along with the faculty lady, or at least forcefully escorted away from the barrier in the interest of preventing public disorder which is a charge.

Even afterwards, a functioning police would have arrested the Colonel right there on the spot for brandishing and firing his weapon.

The police were the only ones trying to de-escalate the situation. However police can only function effectively in a country of laws. This is lawless Pakistan where the army rules the roost and hence the police were also afraid of tackling the colonel ki biwi, because she was a colonel ki biwi.

Slow degradation of competence of Islamabad Capital Police has been going on for a few months with rapid induction of Punjab Police mostly lund leaguer loyalist that are being transfered into the Capital Police it has slowly start to gone to shit i remember a few months back robbers/gang managed to kill a businessman in a well known posh area of the Capital and manage to run away this on top of Back to Back 2 sucide bombings that first happend in the courts and the other at the mosque during friday prayers
The Capital Police now mostly resembles from what i can see low IQ lund leaguers goons in Law Enforcement Uniform than a force which would upheld law and order and safeguard citizens of the Capital (Which you can say is probably the best managed city in terms of governance and Infrastructure compared to rest of the country Provincial Capitals and other cities)

For the record, I'm not a PTI follower. I just believe the the party with the legitimate mandate of the people should be in power. It's beyond a shadow of a doubt that PTI has the votes of the overwhelming majority.
And as for Riyasat e Medina, surely that's a good model to strive for? Rather that then a hybrid regime whos measure of successful governance is how seamlessly it can keep organising the circus while law and order collapses, public administration deteriorates, all whilst the illegitimate ruling elite are in and out the country on foreign tours while the economy is on fire.

No rule - just grades the member as full of slop. The problem with that is while AI is great for research and building a scaffolding - lazy prompting results in posts no one is really interested in other than those part of the same party.

Think of Linkedin posts where a company posts AI slop and the same 3 employees like it while actual readership and brand gets zero impact.

Unless there is proof of it and even then if there is legitimate grievance then instead of kicking down banners and harassing people that lady should have worked towards de-escalating the situation instead of trying to push students around.

Now, the result of what was to be a focused issue of university administration is now an add on(perhaps not in a bad way) against abuse of power but then will lead to actual elements from Afghanistan and other enemies of Pakistan taking something that is right into further division (instead of resolution).
