Today Mohammad Ali Jinnah Died , let us take moment to pray for his soul

As this event typically kept hush hush under the carpet no one really acknowledges the grave mistakes made on that day
by administration , his ambulance had mechanical fault , while a spare ambulance remained park at base. He travelled 2-3 hour flight
and then was stuck in Summer heat in middle of highway , while mechanics tried to fix the vehicle. His sister Fatima Jinnah was beside her in his final moments. The administration was told he is ill make sure you prepare ambulance before plane lands at airport

Fatima Jinnah was told to not give interviews for 1-2 year and all will be good

The September 11 is a quite tragic day for Pakistani people as we lost our great leader on this day

May Allah bless Mohammad Ali Jinnah with Jannat for all the good he did for Muslims of Subcontinent. He was a truely inspirational leader

Moqa Mile to , Mohammad Ali Jinnah ko yad ker lena Pakistaniyon, for 2 minute

Jinnah should be happy he died in an ambulance peacefully because he was eligible for hanging for telling an esteemed officer they were under civilian rule—the audacity.

It is certainly a sad tragic , day , of great loss for Pakistan for our nation

Of course Mohammad Ali Jinnah suffered from TB illness / lungs etc , was a known smoker

However the whole circumstances of the last day were quite terrible
I found the circumstantial evidence, not at acceptable level at personal level

However , we must remember the man , every Human who is alive or comes by birth , has to die one day.

It is truly a very sad day for Pakistan

He played his part united the Muslims in Subcontinent under a Political framework and Pakistan was created , truely a great man

He frankly made a horrendous miscalculation and wasted his life.
Went from a very wealthy and highly successful private individual who could have lasted well into his late 90's with a loving family to sacrificing everything including an estranged daughter for a cause that was flawed from its inception.

The man deserves utmost respect for his sacrifice and his gift - but he might was well have burned it off into women and wine and it would still be more rewarding than his current tossing and turning in his grave.

Was he the Chad or those that trampled on this guidance?
Jinnah achieved everything via lawful means, thus he was the chad.

Those who trampled on his guidance were cowards, nothing more.

Truly sad, but he reflected the Pakistani state of mind of choosing the worst possible scenarios.

He did it out of a combination of principles and his need to win which stemmed from his legal career.

Once he picked up a case, he did whatever he could to win it as quickly as possible . Whether this case needed to be “won” and if so won immediately is the question those muslims that chose to remain in India ask.

Would the outcome of today’s extremist Indian Hindutva still occur? The elections of 1937 show that Hindu politicians were not averse to tapping the Bhakt opium just as the Mullah variety or even IK taps the Islamic Opium.

He could he not have compromised on his principles like Nehru and Gandhi to get a favorable result?

But then he would not be Jinnah and his reputation would not be intact.

At the end, he was an idealist hoping to inspire a mix of unwilling disparate ethnic masses who change messiahs more often than they change their clothes for reasons far less compelling than needed to change clothes; with the dream of a relative minority who wanted more economic and legal freedom without needing to fight a Hindu majority for it… the irony is that the largest ethic group that was inspired you said “ham idhar, tum udhar” to and the ones who were perfectly happy living in an Indian union or simply wanted to be left alone you had duct taped together under a vision they half heartedly accepted or were force fed into.

Perfectly stated and spoke my inner thoughts. :)
