Trump Announces Major Pakistan Trade Deal, Vows Joint Oil Development/Exploration

Whoever made the decision to not buy oil from russia, just did pakistan a massive service. We should focus on China, US, GCC and ukraine.

PTI mferss also bitched about us selling weapons to ukraine. We lost so much revenue and potential trade because of imran khans tantrums and fake rehtroic.

Medal to centcom general was also worth it, but we have this weird moral religious lens that keep fucking us over and over. Pakistan comes first and our economic interests come first.
But but but saar handsome khan is di only way….. Pakistan should burn unless he and his band of mischievous aren’t on the throne.

Bro, POTUS also said, Pakistan and india are fighting over Kashmir for 1000 years. He says a lot of things. POTUS is Trump!

But yeah let's hope its true.. We can get countries to invest in Pakistan in other stuff as well. Manufacturing (cheap labor) and IT etc. Do Make in Pakistan initiative. India attracted a lot of american companies over the years. If we really are getting in good terms with americans then invite them to other sectors too.
Let's hope for the best.

Israel? I don't think Israel has much to do with this. Sure, Americans would like Pakistan to join the Abrahamic Accords but not happening any time soon. Plus there is Iran to deal with.
As for the 'Green cards'. Possibly some compromised civilian and military leaders would 'leak' secrets and that's not unusual in poor countries but on the whole Pakistanis have kept their sovereignty to the point of even conventionally challenged a West-backed India. The recent skirmish with India reflects the many strengths of Pakistan's political and military class; this skirmish and Pakistan's credible deterrence against India is a clear proof that Pakistan manages to 'function' well enough. And if Pakistan's economy was too bad to sustain a war with India then Pakistan wouldn't have engaged with India like it did and willing to 'escalate.
So the state of Pakistan functions, however bad it may seem.
You want to see compromised, cowardly leadership? Look toward Egypt and Jordan. Not Pakistan.
Yes Israel, I think there is a lot to do with Israel and post Gaza Genocide war, which include the role/Standing of Pakistan wrt to Israel, recently Netanyahu mentioned Pakistan by name and its nuclear weapons as threat to Israel, now we all know that whoever they say is threat to Israel what happens to them eventually ?
Pakistan may not be attacked directly but a similar thing could happen what they did to Iran, how they manage to infiltrates' Iran with hundreds of spies, or Hez pager fiasco.
So American softening up to Pakistan is something hard to digest when Pakistan is very vocal about Genocide in Gaza. I don't think that Abraham Accords will be pitch to Pakistan until KSA make a decision on it.

see the recent skirmish with India may have played some part but it has been blown out proportion already, yeah we had a skirmish just like 2019 and both country's lick their wounds and accepted ceasefire, live to fight another day. Both country's have taken losses, we should not forget that we lost 40 civilians and several Air force personnel died, and we have little to no evidence of the damage we did to Indians, so I don't think that a super power like America gives a sh!t about a small skirmish when there are much larger wars they are currently part of.

When I say stupid leadership I mean stupid, not compromised, they are very short sighted and make terrible decisions, how compromise our leadership is only time will tell but we do see a glimpse of American power when they bring all the political parties on one page to disqualify Imran Khan, I find it hard to believe that in a country like Pakistan where even on the topic of Terrorism Parties can have different opinions they all come to unite for a Political rival.

Like I said, we have to be cautious and see what this deal brings if it materialize in the first place.

“ The Indian lobby in America is the best Saar”
Indians thought they could emulate the jews.

In reality the Americans just made a fool of Indians by flattering their fragile egos with delusions of grandeur. Basically using the Indians' own centuries old methods of insincere flattery (openly discussed in the famous Nixon-Kissinger conversations about 1971 war) against them.

Historically the US has always had closer relations with Pakistan. The pivot towards India was done in hopes of India becoming a sacrificial cow to distract China.

This bet failed, because the Indians would not dare pick on someone their own size, and instead succumbed to their complexes and used their western goodies to attack 7x smaller Pakistan and kill US citizens on American soil.

Such immature, insecure Indian thinking is more of a liability for both the West and China, who asked the question: If this is how the Indians act when they are a poor sh!thole, imagine how bad they'll be if they ever become a major power?

Look at this clown. Every time I see his tweets, he is whining and complaining.

You're very welcome, we also have good Air force if you want your pilots to get trained, you know we can work a deal :)

Well I hope you also have air bases to support your air force. I hear Rahm Yar is still out of action for some reason--- maybe India can send some of our engineers to fix them. What are friends for :)

I think there is widespread consensus in Pakistan that India's role in the 'Contain China' scheme has failed.
And honestly however one can slice and dice and name 'Trump', it was even under Biden the cooling off of relationship began.

This is a welcome step for Pakistan’s economy. More trade means more opportunities, jobs, and growth.

Let’s take a minute not to jump into the usual conspiracy theories like “US is here for our nukes” and no, Pakistan isn’t becoming anyone’s slave.

This is about economics, not surrender. It’s called engaging with the world to serve our own interests and that’s exactly what smart nations do.

Let’s celebrate this moment, even if briefly. Happiness and good news don’t come often, let’s not ruin it with unnecessary paranoia.

Here’s hoping this deal opens more doors and paves the way for a stronger, self-reliant Pakistan. 🇵🇰🤝🇺🇸

And special thanks to modi ji’s operation Tandoor, wouldn’t be possible without it 😂
Pakistan being integrated into the various supply chains is indeed the only way forward. A good day for Pakistan; its others seeing potential in you that brings the FDI, and hopefully gets our local firms to up their game to becoming globally competitive in working in these supply chains.
