TTP can only be solved through Afghanistan as "proper" operations in Pakistan might just further radicalize people, especially in the face of a political vacuum after PTI cleanup throughout the country
There might be no other alternative but TTP for people or at the very least an apathetic attitude towards SFs actions.
IBOs and building up pressure on Afghanistan through carrots and sticks till you get enough public support to justify such an operation.
