A few years ago, when Turkey targeted the terrorists in Sinjar, Kays el-Hazali had said, "Iraq should acquire an air defense system from America if necessary against the Turks." When the PKK terrorist organization carried out mortar attacks on our bases in northern Iraq, the channels of Iran-backed Shiite militias reported the news with a festive air in their own way, saying "Guerrillas/Freedom fighters struck the invading Turks." For these people, the presence of the Turkey-backed Syrian army on the border is a greater disaster than the presence of America. Those who didn't utter a word about the border presence of the US-backed organization went to the border and put on a show with anti-aircraft guns, swords, and such when the Syrian army captured Yarubiye, saying "Let us go fight these in Syria."

Turkey Withdraws Troops From NATO’s Iraq Mission

Just to clarify any potential misunderstandings, we have not withdrawn from Iraq. Turkish forces remain stationed in the North to ensure PKK won't encroach on our border; however, our troops, who were part of NATO's Iraq Mission, had to leave Baghdad alongside the Spanish contingent. 1200 NATO personnel returned home.
Well, Iran ended NATO's involvement in Iraq. It is undeniably a small victory for them.

The water accumulation in the strategically important Mosul Dam has exceeded 7 billion cubic metres of its total capacity of 11 billion cubic metres.
The dam management continues to release a high volume of water, approximately 2,000 cubic metres per second, into the Tigris River in order to maintain balance and reduce the risk of sudden flooding.
Significant rise in the level of the Tigris River; waters cover the columns and reach the edge of the ancient bridge in Mosul.

For now, the Euphrates Tigris basin is receiving above average precipitation.
The Devegeçidi Dam in Diyarbakır is at maximum capacity leading to forced discharge.
These huge amounts of water are flowing into the Tigris River and reaching Iraq's marshes eventually.
