I do not know, from what i am seeing on available media is insane amount of captured tanks, vehicles, guns and other stuff, that indicates for me that regime forces are in complete collapse and disarray without signs of consolidation for any defence yet and scope of the territorial gains by opposition will require months of preparations for possible counter offensive and it is big question if assad has enough willing cannon fodder and material resources for that. Not quite. There will be a counter attack. It's hard work to capitalize on military gains, especially for a non-state actor that is dependent upon external support.
Other thing which prevents it is successful integration of drones into field operation by HTS, that is big game changer on operational tactical level and headache for assad troops.
And what is particular fishy is absence of harsh russian areal attacks, all in all opposition gained a lot of strentgh in past years while assad tought he won the war by containing huge chunk of population in Idlib are, possible grave mistake.
