Druze have nothing to do with ex-regime elements and remained mainly neutral, if not slightly anti-assad. They have been cautious as a minority because they don't want to risk their whole community because of (wrong) political choices.
Name Country Stance on Assad Sheikh Hikmat al-Hijri Syria Increasingly critical (once neutral) Sheikh Wahid al-Balous Syria Strongly anti-Assad (assassinated 2015) Rijal al-Karama Syria Anti-Assad / pro-autonomy Walid Jumblatt Lebanon Strongly anti-Assad Talal Arslan Lebanon Pro-Assad Israeli Druze leaders Israel/Golan Mixed views; mostly supportive of Syrian Druze people, not regime
Yes. Majority of the Druze kept the neutrality stance but Hijri was proven to not be neutral and pro assad and some regime elements have arrived to Suwayda as a hide out.
Even tho Hijri accepted to stop fighting twice some faction never obeyed him lol.
You could be truth about the other figures tho as there are actully alot of pro new regime amongst the Druze
