They're making this statement at a time new government is under attack and trying to act like the government themselves.
They want to enforce federalism on Syria. Along with US/Israelis.

Egypt may be attacked before end of year. It's clear Israel is recreating 1967 like situation in Middle East but this time around on agreements will be signed. It will just be new status quo. Israel will occupy new lands and won't leave.
