Something like Oreshnik speed fired from Underground silos would give them almost no time to react, it would take it around 5 minutes to travel from Iran to Israel. By the time the satellite picks it up and relays it back to the Israel for them to activate their warning system, we are talking less than 5 minutes, maybe half that even. you create several different silos across the country and connected to underground missile bases, in a revolver fashion.

Hardenden Silos also have the benefit of being survivable even with loss of Air Superiority or depleted air defense, b/c unless they can drop GBU-57s and Nuclear strikes on each and every Silo, you can drop hundreds of bombs and missiles on it, it will not disable the silo, not even the opening will be damaged extensively to prevent launch. You lose air superiority or air defense significantly, they would start destroying truck launchers and any setup that takes time to set up to fire with drones or airstrikes. But hardened silos in mountains in the middle of nowhere, they will be able to do nothing, they wouldn't even be able to know anyone is getting ready to fire, until the missile pops out.

You pair that with Satellite Dazzlers and other mechanism that China has been developing, and its a force multiplier.

Even before the launches, Usa provides all data to Israel, they know the exact locations on fast track. Turkey needs advance ballistic and cruise missile arsenal, missile submarines, frigates and destroyers. how expensive is Oreshnik and how many times has it even been used by Russia? IRGC-ASF is based on cost effective production in large numbers, that's not compatible with a massive expensive missile like Oreshnik which isn't even in service in Russia beyond token use 1-2 times ever

US spy sats would still detect the launch immediately giving 5 mins to react as you say. Iran's fastest missiles can reach Israel in around 7-10 minutes now. so it's not the biggest difference in the world and probably not worth the huge investment required to build an Oreshnik missile in big numbers.
