It looks like the F-35s to Saudi will be approved.

Regardless of how this plays out, its a positive for Turkey. If the US approves F-35s to Saudi, then it makes the sale of F-35s to Turkey easier. If the US blocks sale of F-35s to Turkey, Saudi will be even more aggressive in trying to acquire 5th gen planes, and will likely buy KAAN to keep with the compatibility of the rest of their NATO standard architecture, or they will pursue the J-35s from China.

They might acquire the KAAN regardless of the F-35 purchase though, Turkey can offer things in terms of tech transfer and codevelopment that the US would never offer to Saudi.

We don't know if it involves Israel. But as of right now, Saudis paying massive amounts of money in terms of investments into the US, to bribe their way to F-35s.

Don't forget as strong as the Zionist lobby is, Saudi was able to buy E-3s over the objections of the Zionist lobby with the Bandar Bush relationship.

Nope, he made a point about equipment. He is 100% correct. Without US equipment Greece, Israel AND Turkiye would be toast.
