If Trump gives PAC-3 production in Turkey and THAAD, I would rather have that than EUROSAM.

they need Interceptors and Radar production but they can't do it economically in the US.

This is something Turkey should press for. If they do this, I'd transfer the S-400 to Azerbaijan tomorrow or dismantle. lol

Turkiye is ahead of Europe in stand off Jammer Aircraft technology


1 - German IuWES project is still under development

2 - French ARCHANGE project has very limited Radar jamming cabability (mainly passive)

ARCHANGE is primarily a SIGINT platform

Total of 3 Aircraft will be delivered to the French Air Force until 2028-2030

But Turkish ASOJ-23A is a true stand-off jammer. It uses AESA arrays and Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) technology to actively detect, record, manipulate, and retransmit enemy radar signals

ASOJ-23A creating false targets, noise jamming or deception at long ranges.
Its goal is to blind and suppress air defense Radars without entering threat zones.


Only 2 in NATO .. ( Real active Radar Jamming )

USA : EA-37B Compass
Turkiye : ASOJ-23A

Even Israeli SEMA is not true Radar jamming Platform
Only Turkiye in the region

Practically there is no chance US will transfer THAAD interceptor and AN/TPY-2 radar tech to anyone let alone Turkey. Also, any licensed production require extensive OEM kits + critical components to assemble. US has the technical capacity and willingness to significantly expand the production output. Which is exactly what they doing with recently awarded $35 billions THAAD production contract.

Well they agreed to transfer tech to Ukraine to build patriot interceptors in Ukraine.
