The Japanese are testing our drones?

I knew Japan had budgeted for the TB2, I didn't realize they delivered it already. lol, I guess the Japanese would rather do things low key.

In November 2024, the defence industry realized $637.1 million in exports, a 32.3% increase compared to the same month of the previous year.

Turkeys defence industry is really ramping up

Just Getting started. lol So far only a few products have gone into mass production compared to what is in the development pipeline, by 2030 the list should be even bigger inshallah, with more products reaching maturation.

Considering our close relationship with turkey it just gives Pakistan so much options to purchase or get support

We really got lucky having such good relations with Turkey and China

Pakistan needs to shift to Joint development and license production of Turkish arms IMO.

Atleast for munitions and small arms and license produce Turkish Air to Air and Air to ground munitions and other missiles.

There is so much potential thats unrealized in this relationship. Pakistan has an incredibly large army and needs quite a bit of weapons, I think there is so much potential for both countries, especially in Pakistan acquiring NATO standard equipment with none of the baggage that would come with buying NATO standard weaponry from other states.

There is just so much potential in this relationship for both sides, even beyond weapons sales.

Banditry: FG procures 43 Berakta TB2 drones for Nigerian Army

Hopefully by 2035, Turkey can offer any conventional weapon at world class levels to both Muslim and also other friendly countries.

Turkish defence industry has met or even exceeded all the targets that were set for it years ago.

Ukraine is blackbox we can not see, maybe when the war is over they will share it. But for now Nigeria is second place. the article said that they will get more drones, so Akinci or TB3 maybe.

“Their winging is a morale booster and confirms their certification to fly and maintain the Turkish Berakta TB2 drones in our inventory. The Nigerian Army plans to procure additional unmanned aerial systems in the coming year to enhance its operations across all theatres,”

Ukraine will probably become the biggest forreign user once more when the company "Black Sea Shield" will start local production of Bakyar drones within Ukraine itself. Thats probably the reason why they have not bought more drones. Once it reaches a certain production capability it will not only acquire TB-2's but also the newer TB-3's and most likely even Akinci. Kizilelma will almost certainly be acquired in the future as well since it uses Ukrainian engines.
