The Oğulbey Technology Base in Ankara, whose foundation was laid ⚙️

14 production facilities put into operation
 
➡️MKE: $53 million (Defence system production-Samsun)

➡️MKE: $65 million (Liquid Steel Production Plant- Kirikkale)

➡️MKE $160 million (Nitrocellulose production plant)

➡️MKE: 818 million$ (Cylindrical gunpowder and various type ammunition production plant)

➡️A new production facility the size of a city, covering an area of 4.7 million m² in Kırıkkale +

➡️$$ Modernisation of existing plants Key capacity increases until 2027:

💢 Heavy weapon systems: 100% increase, 500% in Denizhan-76

💢 155 mm ammunition: 250% in the rounds, 800% in the explosive load

💢 Explosives: approximately 1,500%

💢 Fuse systems: 5,000% capacity increase

💢 Sniper and special caliber rounds: 450%

💢 Critical capacity increase in explosives and composite fuels used in missile warheads, aircraft bombs (NEB), UAVs and kamikaze UAV ammunition.

Turkey has risen to 9th place in R&D spending.

I think it can be higher, if they dedicate more % of GDP to R&D, will pay off in the long run.
