The German deindustrialization continues. lol

And this is here because.....?

And this is here because.....?

Because Turkish industrial capacity is increasing while the Germans are deindustrializing due to costs b/c they no longer have cheap energy from Russia. And this affects power balances in Europe, especially with the EU looking to "nearshore" and Turkey is in prime position to benefit as a member of the Customs Union, as it both has a massive population, cheaper costs of labor and demonstrated and growing industrial capacity.

Also Foinikas if you looking for a thread ban, then ask nicely and I can give you one. If not, quit trolling and instigating.

Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan meet as Ankara pushes for a security pact

Most people count Russia and China as 'winners' of this war but I believe that Turkey is going to benefit from it, too. The Khaleejis are deeply confused and scared right now. They will rethink their position on Turkey and probably redirect a lot of funds to Ankara in the longterm. I expect Saudi money for the KAAN project.

I have seen some clips of Israeli retired officials on their news channels saying this war has pushed GCC into their camp and Israel will be selling a lot of weapons to the GCC in the future and might even get use of their bases. So I guess it might be competition between Israeli and Turkish weapons to the GCC.

Saudis yes, the Emiratis are outright collaborators, they will probably cling to Israel more.

But this Saudi, Egypt, Pakistan and Turkey pact is good. The defense cooperation will be incredibly beneficial to Turkey. Saudi money, Pakistan's Nuclear option, Turkish Tech and Egypt strategic geography and land force would be beneficial for all involved.

Especially networked air defense, If Turkish Radars, ELINT and EW tools can be placed in Egypt and Saudi along with the Syrian theatre and networked. Then its a complete air picture from the south of Israel, East, North and even the West with the Turkish Navy.

The more assets we can put to the south of Israel, with it having to worry about the Egyptians, the less pressure there is on the northern front.

The Quadrilateral alignment also has the potential to replace the US as Security umbrella in the region, with Turkey at the heart of it.
