Turkish Foreign Policy and Regional Geopolitics

and in a certain extend Egyptians and Lebanese.

lmao, don't include them in your zionist bullshit. When did Lebanon decide to join your zionist alliance.

Nothing? 2020 Turkey was sending masses of illegal immigrants and refugees

Turkey didn't send anyone they went on their own.

What happened to shared sacrifice NATO "Ally"? lol, why should Turkey be Samson and have to carry the entire weight of having to take care of refugees.

You guys have always been deluded. Every time we react to your provocations and warmongering rhetoric, you simply have no other explanation: It's the Americans, the French, the Jews pushing the poor Greeks to start a war with great Turkey!

Mitsotakis has chosen to die for the zionists, now the Turkish outlook towards Greece is going to change, its not longer an annoying neighbor with some minor disputes, now its an enemy plotting something. If and when the response comes, I promise you, no jew will die for Greece or South Cyprus, but they have no problems with Greece being used for them.

"Zionist alliance",wow what a way to cope when people kick back at your expansionist plans...

Egyptians aren't buying your "Turkey-Libya EEZ agreement" and have buiseness plans Greece,Cyprus,Israel on energy and electric power transfer.

Lebanon recently settled the EEZ boundaries with Cyprus and also worries about potential Syrian expansion in their country. And who backs the new Syrian government?

Turkey didn't send anyone they went on their own.
Oh yeah, baby? They went on their own?

February 2020

Within hours, large groups of migrants began arriving at the Greek-Turkish land border, with Turkey officially announcing the crossing of 80,000 migrants to Greece and the announcement of the two hundred thousand that follow.

The Greek Government immediately stopped the operation of the border customs of Kastanies, in order to ensure the prevention of uncontrolled entry of people into Greek territory.

On the morning of Saturday, February 29, the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that Turkey's borders with Europe are open, noting: "We will not close the gates to refugees. About 18,000 refugees have already passed and today the number will be 25,000 to 30,000 and we will not close our doors, because the EU must abide by its commitments.".

Thousands of people were crowded in the area of Kastanies, seeking to cross to the Greek side, while MAT units are arriving from various areas of Greece to strengthen the Greek deterrent force. The Minister of Civil Protection, Michalis Chrysochoidis, during his visit to Evros stated: "Thousands of unhappy people are stacked at our borders. They have not come here on their own. They are expelled, repelled and used by the neighboring country, Turkey. We want to send a message in every direction that we will not let anyone pass without legal travel documents. Greece has borders. "Europe has borders."

The Turkish Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu, in statements, urged refugees and migrants to go to Greece via the Evros River, saying: "This is just the beginning. In some places (of Evros) the level from the rain dropped to 40 to 45 cm. What does this mean? That on foot you can easily cross. Mitsotakis does not have the ability to keep them at the border. See what happens next. It's not just what has happened so far, but also what will happen next."

Oh the great strategist figured it all out. Now it's "an enemy plotting something" he says.
Wow. The audacity, the arrogance and hypocrisy.

You push us to find informal allies in Israel, your actions and your foreign policy forces us,you push Greek Cypriots and Greece not to prosper because you want everything in the area as yours to exploit and when we react, you call it "enemy plotting".

Your government has been threatening us with war since the late 2010s,you've been trying to find every little excuse you can find to keep an aggressive rhetoric against us and when we actually try to protect ourselves, you go like "now it's an enemy plotting something"

I think you should be more worried about Turkey losing some assets if the Israelis decide to hit you. You shouldn't worry about us being used by the Israelis, you should worry about Turkey being hit like Iran did. It would be fun to see if you're Steel Dome and your indigenous umbrella would detect or destroy Israeli F-15s and F-35s.

If anything,if you tried something against Cyprus, the Jews could smash your ability to transfer soldiers on the island.

lmao, The Zionists will not die for you. Its good that you are coming out as a zionist thought. lol, all that fake pandering to the Iranians and Pakistanis about how much you hate Israel, now you are justifying an alliance with them. Shame all this Alliance stuff, but no care for the Greek Orthodox in Jerusalem that Israel is deleting. Imagine going to Jerusalem as a Greek and then not even meeting with the local Greek Orthodox to talk to them about what Israel is doing to them. Zionists buy your silence not just your houses on Cyprus and other islands. lol

How the f am I "coming out as a Zionist" when all I'm saying is I'd like my country to have a fighting chance and this is the reaction to YOUR policies?
You're either a provocateur or you haven't understood a thing I've said.

all that fake pandering to the Iranians and Pakistanis about how much you hate Israel, now you are justifying an alliance with them.
If you continue with this slander and your fictitious lying-ass bullshit,I'll take it to the mods again. And from everyone here, you dare to talk? When your Azeri brothers praise Israel and sell oil to them? When your country was best friends with these Zio-Zio for decades and only recently stopped most dealings with them?

You're some kind of a hypocrite, man. Change your nick.

Lol to your friends, not to me. Trying to convince me you care about the Greek Orthodox in Jerusalem, that's what's hilarious. Have you noticed that the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate is the second largest landowner in the Holy Land after only the Israeli State? Don't try to propagate Church issues.

I think this bankrupt State had no any choice against sell its own country and turn military base against Turkiye

100 years ago Greeks made same mistake
in 1919 Greeks came with dreams of capturing Anatolia from the Turks but ended up going back to Athens swimming in 1922

even their masters British and French could not save them from the Turks ...

today same senario
Every hundred years we find ourselves dealing with these issues, with the ravings of a People filled with anti-Turkish sentiment and big hatred

The Greeks have always been ready to be used by the big powers, but this time they became pawns of a little country called Israel

They think Israelis are going to send soldiers to Cyprus to fight turks and take the Northern part of the Island. lol

What will end up happening is what the Boris Johnson did with Ukrainians against Russia, which is to try to fight Turkey to the last Greek. Use Greeks to try to bleed Turkey in a conflict egged on by them.

I think the Turkey should not take the bait and overreact prematurely, thats what they are hoping. its clear the Zionists are looking to draw Turkey into a conflict with Greece with their puppet Mitsotakis. Bide the time and keep building, in the meantime decisively settle the Syrian PKK matter, and expand strategic diplomacy and alignment with Egypt and Lebanon with regards to Israel. Israel has enemies in Lebanon, and the Lebanese clearly see an issues with the bombings that keep happening. Egypt has been threatened by the Israelis over the Sinai, so there is potential there to boost them militarily. This should keep the zionists busy on the actual expansion of fronts, and not have a Greek front open, like they are hoping..

The Greeks learned absolutely nothing from Ukraine's mistake
The UK , France , Germany provoked Ukraine against Russia and they only watched on TV Russian annexation of Crimea , Luhansk , Donets , Zaporizhzhia , Kherson

Smart Israelis using PKK-YPG and now Greeks for their zionist plans in Syria and in the region as like smart British used the Greeks 100 years ago

The Greeks died at war against the Turks while smart British took oil reserves in Iraq

The Greeks have now chosen to die for the Israelis in a war they can never win.

I agree. If for example Turkey has war in Cyprus or Greece, its possible Israel will then try to isolate Turkey or Usa EU will impose sanctions/removal from Nato. They are scared of Turkish rise, like you mentioned its better for Turkey to bide their time, build their economy, military, defence, sort out the Syrian issue, build close military, defence and economic relations with Egypt, Syria, Libya, Iraq, try to find common ground in Yemen, Syria, Libya, end the wars, build up strong allies.

Organization of Turkic States is also very important, the relations must be expanded, they need defence treaties like Nato.

relations with Egypt, Syria, Libya, Iraq
You’re absolutely right; however, in these countries, hostility toward the Ottomans/Turks is very popular. It’s as if we hadn’t protected these countries from the Crusaders and the Russians for centuries. They harbor resentment toward us and label the Ottomans/Turks as colonialists. One day, we will surely meet on common ground and build partnerships on equal terms, but it will be very difficult to break their prejudices against us.

best response to this move is to lean closer to the russia and iran with some sanctions relief undisclosed moves, that will elevate game on ladder or even openly as everybody are taking gloves off.

Ever the great strategist,hyperman.

Nobody in Greece nor Cyprus expects another country to full commit. But we all have alliances or agreements. And it doesn't always have to be "send your soldiers to fight my war". I think Israelis have proved many times in their short modern history, that when they consider something a threat, they take action. They don't fool around. So again, instead of laughing around supposedly worrying about Israelis ditching us,you should worry about having any ports smashed by IDF in case things get worse.

The Greeks learned absolutely nothing from Ukraine's mistake
You must be so intellectually challenged, there's just no other way around it.
Greece and Turkey have a long history of hostility, yet you bring Ukraine as an example
which only had a change towards Russia in 2014 with the change in government.

I keep saying to you and hyperman about how mistaken you are thinking Greece is always a puppet used by others, when it's actually interests aligning. It's actually find others who share the same opinion about Erdogan's ambitions going too far.

The Greeks died at war against the Turks while smart British took oil reserves in Iraq
How the **** did Greeks die at war against Turks in WWI and that resulted in Brits taking oil reserves in Iraq?

blinking-confused.gif

Greeks didn't take part in the Gallipopi campaign,Greece entered WWI late in the war and fought against Bulgaria. The Brits were already fighting in Iraq since 1914.

What kind of alternate reality history is this?

Nobody in Greece nor Cyprus expects another country to full commit.

This guy expects any sort of "Commitment" to Cyprus from the Israeli. lol

The only thing they will commit to is thieving land in South Cyprus.
