Turkey is not a Party, not bound by UNCLOS. This has been explained to you before.

Syrian Civil war was between Syrian people not Turkey, they din't do a war because of Turkey, Turkey only got involved b/c of the refugees that were pouring in and the mas slaughter happening on its border and the PKK and defending Turkey's own border and Syrian territorial integrity.

Turkey is a guarantor power in Cyprus, the Turkish cypriots are equal stakeholders not a minority bound to a majoritarian state.

Haftar is a warlord. I would prefer to wipe him out, but Egypt/Sisi would be upset, so we make peace instead, he stops killing/attacking the Tripoli govt and also agrees to ratify the EEZ.
