I noticed there was a section for Air Force and for Naval Programs, but we somehow missed a dedicated section for all Land Forces news. So I went ahead and created one for general discussion.

With the development of engines being in the last stages of testing and integration, I think We are reaching/getting really close to 100% of all Turkish Land Forces equipment being sourced internally.

I can't seem to think of anything thats still left that Turkey will be reliant on importing, with regards to Land Force equipment, in the very near future.

Roketsan UMTAS-GM

The UMTAS-GM development comprises two phases: Block-1 and Block-2. The Block-1 variant features a dual-seeker configuration with imaging-infrared (IIR) and semi-active laser (SAL) seekers, complemented by a bidirectional radio frequency (RF) datalink. The upcoming Block-2 variant will include a novel dual-mode seeker housing an IIR and a TV seeker.

Pointless endeavor imo. The Excalibur has performed relatively poorly in Ukraine, and the Russian have adopted to it so fast that the actual hit-ratio of the Excalibur drop from 45-50%(which is already kind of low considering the costs of such this type of ammunition) all the way to 6-7%.

Thats from GPS spoofing. If you create a Smart munition based on Inertial navigation and course correction, that would get around that issue.
 
After the Altay Tank is being produced with the BATU Powerpack, i think Turkey should set a requirement for all future Land System Acquisitions to be completely domestically manufactured with domestic supply chains.

There are quite a few currently that have subcomponents that are being bought off the shelf from the outside, namely powerpacks. But this can be a significant liability in a Hot war, as we are seeing in Russia where to deal with Attrition of equiptment Russia needs to procure more, but is running into bottlenecks in production due to the design of the platforms have subcomponents that need to be sourced from the outside, and being met with huge embargoes. hurting production and having to rely on older equipment that was decommissioned.

This is the most ridiculous comparison I have seen in a while.

Tyfun is quasi ballistic missiles that flies at hypersonic speed.

Dark Eagle is a Hypersonic glide vehicle system that reaches at least Mach 17, according to Pentagon.
