Siper integration on I-Class

I hope booster of Siper 1 change its shape to longer and thinner to fit quadpack in MIDLAS VLS.

Siper 1 I think is just an interim solution. The ideal solution is what they did with the Siper 2, which is get rid of the booster alltogether.

but Siper 2 is too large to quadpack, logical way is to change booster, i mean something like barak 8 booster, small diameter but longer.

Test firing of KUZGUN-KY missile was successfully carried out from MARLIN AUSV

KUZGUN-KY missile planned to be one of MARLIN’s main ASuW assets.

Range : 40 km ( KUZGUN-KY ) ... 180+ km ( KUZGUN-TJ )
Seeker : IIR

10 MARLIN AUSVs to carry 200 KUZGUN Missiles for swarm attack on hostile Naval Forces ..... game changer and cost effective

Ambitious Turkey

Reasonable Navy program , Quite advance compared to Pakistan Navy. Turkish program is well thought out , spanning across various size ships , cumulating with TF-2000 as the Flag Ship for next 25 years

TF-2000 is quite impressive, Congrats on this magnificent ship's c launch of construction

It even looks more powerful then the Jinnah Class frigates we are getting from Turkey , it is clearly a new ship

Turkey combining their advance UAV Drones with Andolus Carrier is also work of genius , Turkey already has good command over the UAV sector

Any specific drones being developed for the Drone Carriers Next generation items?

No more off-topic posts, please. This thread is exclusively reserved to debate Turkish naval programs.

Any arguments about Türkiye's access to the world oceans can be exchanged in the Foreign Policy and Geopolitics topic.

Thank you.

Ambitious Turkey

Reasonable Navy program
TF-2000 is quite impressive

1 TF-2000 Destroyer will have more powerful fire power than 3 FREMM Frigates of the Egyptian Navy

1 TF-2000 Destroyer will have more powerful fire power than 3 FDI Frigates of the Hellenic Navy

3 FREMM Frigates armed with total of 48 ASTER-15 SAMs and 24 EXOCET anti-ship Missiles

3 FDI Frigates armed with total of 96 ASTER SAMs and 63 RAMs also 24 EXOCET anti-ship Missiles

1 TF-2000 Destroyer armed with total of 181 SAMs
( if needed more 64 HISAR-D SAMs instead of 16 GEZGIN land attack Cruise Missiles )

96 cells VLS .. with quad pack capability
32 cells x 4 HISAR-D = 128 SAMs
32 cells x 1 SIPER = 32 SAMs
16 cells x 1 ATMACA = 16 anti-ship Missiles
16 cells x 1 GEZGIN = 16 land attack Cruise Missiles

also 3 different AD Systems
1 x GOKDENIZ 35mm CIWS
1 x GOKSUR or LEVENT close in air defense system ( 21 missiles )
1 x NAZAR LASER - EW System

1728380005740.jpeg

And Turkiye will produce at least 4 TF-2000 Destroyers ( more 4 optional )

Btw TF-2000 Destroyer should be equipped with 16 KUZGUN-KY missiles to intercept unmanned Kamikaze Vessel attacks

Turkish Navy boosts EW capabilities with NAZAR-LETS Laser Electronic Attack System

The Turkish Navy is providing protection to the ORUÇ REİS Seismic Research vessel, which will perform duties in Somali territorial waters, with the Gabya class frigates TCG GÖKOVA and TCG GEDİZ.

🔹TCG GÖKOVA has the NAZAR-LETS (Laser Electronic Attack System), which is the first in the Turkish Navy.

🔹NAZAR-LETS is used for the functional destruction of electro-optical warhead anti-ship missiles.

🔹The system is positioned on the MK-92 radar on the Ship.

The system was developed with the ability to detect EO and IR-guided missiles and use laser-blinding dazzling and soft-kill techniques against missiles with this characteristic. This will make it possible to neutralize EO /IR-guided missiles from a long distance.

The NAZAR project, which contains technology that very few countries in the world are working on, is considered a strategically important project for Turkiye with its LASER soft-kill capability

Its interesting that they put VLS on an aircraft carrier, we don't see that often.

Royal Navy QE class Aircraft Carrier doesnt have VLS
only 3 x PHALANX 20 mm CIWS

Turkish Navy MUGEM has 32 cells VLS for 128 HİSAR-D RF Block-II SAMs
and 4 x GOKDENIZ 35mm CIWS

perfect self defence capability

ooof I hope we can see it fire a Ballistic Missile. That would be a significant achievement.
