Not too surprising considering the UAE is trying buy an amphibious assault ship based on TCG Anadolu from Turkey. Talks are ongoing.

We don't have a HALE UAV. We don't have any plans for a HALE UAV either.

AKINCI is basically Turkish equivalent of MQ9 Reaper. Not just in performance but also in role.

As far as I know Global Hawk and its derivatives are still the only HALE class UAVs in the world.

Oh yes, Iranians claim that they made one but I have my doubts about that. Because it was a turboprop aircraft with an enlarged air intake.
Anyway it's nothing like this, nobody has anything even close
