Canada had imposed the embargo first because of Turkey's 2019 incursion into Syria and then of its backing of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh war.

The reason why we don't hear news about TB2 in Ukraine is because Russian air defence radar are upgraded, this ishow EW works it is a game. Next step is what Aselsan is doing upgrading EW system, so they are upgrading it between 2ghz/18ghz. from 10ghz you are talking about x band FCR systems. They are finishing the upgrade and will ready end of 2024.
Beside that Ukrain do not have certain level of EW systems like Turkish armed forces. We have fought against Russian and American EW systems in Syrua, normal it is impossible to operate in that level EW enviroment.
