I think it has to do with the events of the 1960s and 1970s in the United States, Martin Luther, Rosa Parks, and the subsequent proliferation of black american culture; singers, srtists, film stars, rappers, hip-hop. Its more "institutionalized". But this wasnt always the case. Even decades after the end of segregation, white americans were still quite hostile against inceasing representation in the society. Its part of history which isnt being discussed in the mainstream media, for obvious reasons. Arguably the recent white nationalism surge really just brought forward what was stirring below the surface, kept in check by good economic times.

South Asians are stil relatively small minorities, relatively new immigrant group, unlike descendants from african slaves. Also in the US, the black community, though they are visible, representation in the power corridors are at best questionable. Same applies on their representation in the top5% income groups. In other words, they constitute a large minority yet have no real power. They arent a threat to the dominance of white europeans(including european jews).

South Asians have a totally different background, with strong cultural and civilizational roots. In many ways quite similar to chinese, but the major difference is skin color and other ethnic features. South Asian tend to focus on education and climbing on the social hirarchy ladder. Its largely result of south asia culture, where education historically has been a measurement of social class and wealth. In my humble opnion South Asia was never a egalitarian society, unlike Western Europe.

What i have noticed is that racists in Europe tend direct their hatred against middle-eastern(muslims) and south asians, and more recent black african immigrants(Nigeria etc.) to certain extent. There is little to no hostility against Latin American nor Black Americans, Caribbeans. This has to with the strong US cultural influence on Europe, plus the fact the majority of these immigrant groups are christian, culturally christian, from countries that were created, colonized and completeley transformed in european image.

If things got out of hand across the UK the Pak government would not care to do the same. We are not involved in activism as the black community were during the BLM campaign.
Pakistanis across the UK need to establish a coordinated link and use the media. Unfortunately our two channels ARY and GEO report on absolutly nothing.

Tensions are high and could ignite throughout the UK. It is being filled by people in influential positions such as the devil Elon Musk. As history has shown, there once was a peaceful Yogoslavia which celebrated the winter Olympics in the early 90s, a year later horrendous massacre of ethnic Bosnians occured. Nobody thought such grotesque genocidal violence could occure breaking the country along ethnic divisions.

UK is simply not in the game when it comes to the major economic growth areas.

As a result, the upper middle class are disgruntled, the younger aspirational are disgruntled, the pensioners only care for their comfort whilst waves and waves of immigration legal and illegal wither the infrastructure and services, not to say anything about losing a sense of consistency or harmony or familiarity to the people in your surroundings

The property owning class, the Investor class, the trust fund class continue to consolidate their wealth, living in their own bubbles

People are more deracinated and atomized than ever, separated from their friends, their families and in fact eventually from their self. Instead, people go from temporary tiktok clip to clip delaying any chance of finding purpose and actualization, a zombie existence through a screen, no purpose of it to find the next distraction.

Will there be riots, or just another day of the same scrolling and theorising, through the same screen

That is because they given up their own identity, history, culture, even their names. The Desis haven't and won't. They also have the skills and earning capacity to survive on their own two feet.

British Pakistanis are all too often a self hating tribe, or at the very least self neglecting. I've lost count of the number of old associates whose eyes simply glaze over when I try to remind them of the actual interests of British Pakistanis.
