I have mulled it over and I can honestly offer only one theory.

Pakistanis (and all browns actually) have regarded any efforts to dilute their core cultural and religious traits as an aggressive act which needs to be resisted. Blacks have been much more willing to dilute religious and cultural traits (not including black Muslims though) in host countries.

Of course, this will backfire because if the browns suddenly vanished tomorrow and the socioeconomic problems in UK persisted (overcrowding, no housing, extortionate taxes, uncontrollable immigration etc), then the blacks would be targeted. Likewise, if Muslims vanished, Hindus and Sikhs would be next, no matter how much some Tommy Singh type characters act like lapdogs.

The goreh don't fear the new arrivals of immigrants that much. They fear established brown immigrants whose parents/grandparents came before the 1980s and who are in well-paid professional jobs. Racism is built into Psychology of Humans often various races develop mistrust because they don't socialize with each other

a) Due to Language Barrier (Talking about the Locals)
b) Education by Parents who tell children to not mingle
c) Peer pressure
