Make realistic goals, man.. the amount of money, time and other resources are huge to reach that level. Yes, we need to strive for that, but no matter what, our voices must be heard. Therefore, we all need to be effective in that, while a few dominating the hard sciences.
In the end, both numbers and quality matter

Complaining to EU/UK is fine.
The society still protects democracy and it's people.
Compare this with Islamic Republic of Pakistan and any other Islamic country - every kind of racism, oppression, and NO JUSTICE.
Similarly India-Hindutva attack and kill minorities with govt turning blind eye, they also complain about racism in USA, EU, UK.
Level of hypocritical audacity has no bounds.
And millions or millions ready to immigrate there at all costs.

If you’re a legal immigrant or an asylum seeker and living in Belfast/ Northern Ireland or Republic Ireland I think you might start looking for flights to go home. Sorry to say but this is nothing as to what’s coming from the Irish paramilitary groups unionist's and the nationalists for you This troubles is all on the single men coming from Afghanistan Middle East and Africa causing trouble across European borders and now in the U.K.

True, Irish normally always supported Palestinians, hate the British but these days its full of immigrants and asylum seekers, they break laws and live off the benefits so people are not happy. Irish paramilitary forces are rough.

To be specific though, this was Northern Ireland, where there are two broadly distinct and very polarised groups of citizens, only one of which (the republicans) is opposed to English control and subsequently "pro-Palestinian". The rival group, the unionists, are entirely London-centric. But that is a whole other saga.
Elements of BOTH groups are definitely very opposed to immigration (controlled or uncontrolled), to varying degrees, completely regardless of the IRA's traditional pro-Palestinian stance.
As a side note, it was members of the republican paramilitaries who eventually assassinated an old friend of our own south asian communities.
