When indians go to the west, europe or anywhere else outside of india, they try to take over all the jobs and ONLY hire indians. They then try to use their positions to benefit them and other indians ONLY. The quality of work of indians is very poor, inefficient and pathetic.

If you happen to be an ethnic minority professional and try to apply to a company where there is very low to zero diversity in predominantly white area, you have no chance of getting through.
Your odds may be better applying to companies that are more diverse in cosmopolitan cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester where workforce is more diverse.

If you happen to be an ethnic minority professional and try to apply to a company where there is very low to zero diversity in predominantly white area, you have no chance of getting through.
Your odds may be better applying to companies that are more diverse in cosmopolitan cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester where workforce is more diverse.

Speaking of professional jobs, I have recently noticed that if you are an ethnic minority with a computer science degree with good programming/software development skills that you can earn a very good salary and work from home. Any Computer Science or IT related job is paying very at the moment, anywhere in the world.

The positive examples will almost always be Muslim men who take charge of their family and ensure the children have Muslim and Pakistani upbringing

I think we do need to acknowledge the uniqueness of UK's Pakistani community. I have certainly observed the phenomena you describe here in UK but as @Yasser76 says, the "revert community" experience in Europe and USA can be quite different. This may be a matter more associated with socioeconomic class - meaning that Pakistanis who marry reverts within a higher overall class environment may have better community support and incomes and hence make more informed choices as to the underlying nature of their spouses and also experience fewer hardships. In UK, we certainly began mostly as working class immigrants (though this has changed of late).

That said, I have always agreed with the bottom line you are stating, that we must rely on ourselves during the coming trials and can truly count on no other. Nobody understands the Pakistani journey except Pakistanis. Even most Bangladeshis I speak to in this country are living under the spell of some imported hindutva logic.
