I don't compare my society to inferior societies. Gulf Arab nations are inferior societies to western Europe. They are full of inequality and racism. Strippers and escorts make a lot of money too - I don't take lesson in morality from them.

In British society there is a a precedent for community policing. For over 42 years neighbourhood watch has existed as a national scheme. Since 1984 UK law gives private citizens the rights to make an arrest if they see a crime taking place or have reasonable suspicion that one is about to take place.

We operate completely within the social and legal framework of the country we live in.
