United States elections 2024: Donald Trump Wins

how hard is to understand that optic is everything for american public, they are main exporter of "moral" around the world and beside their military power that is the other key stone of two for their foreign political influence.
if they lose that one 1 in any moment that is good thing, they spent 20 years recovering from Vietnam war, it is better for rest of the world with them as proper villians instead being inferior to faked imaged moral superiority position held by them. it is politics 1.0.
Are you talking about Biden? Then sure, but Trump and his voters have the opposite feeling when it comes to Palestinians. The protest was largely run by the liberal left and they made a point about it. So what do you think the winning side is going to make of it? In this case Trump.

"And openly engage with migrant? Dude, I don't know how much you know about Mexican cartel."

A co-worker and I was standing in line at a McDonald's in another state, along a major freeway.

An obvious Cartel member bucking up, making everyone nervous. My co-worker went over to the thug and whispered something Spanish in his ear.

Cartel thug immediately became polite. Scared, actually.

My co-worker was actually being nice to the cartel thug, explained to him where he was actually at and to quietly move on. Which he did.

Somewhere, I have photos of what happened to one immigrant who jumped a wrong fence, wrong person to rob.

Immigrant didn't make it back over the fence. The homeowner watched his pitbull chew off both of the man's legs before calling the police. If I find the photos and the mods let me post them, I will show you who are more dangerous than the cartels.

Looks like trump won on white voters.
He played i smart as the white americans still are a majority.
Democrats failed to cater to many white americans.
Failed? Nice way of putting it.

The last week of the election the Democrats were calling any White not voting for them Nazis.

Who? I want to know. You told us an interesting story and then left it as a cliffhanger. We want to know who’s more dangerous than the cartels. Can you tell us without gruesome photos?

Trump’s election could assure conservative SC majority for decades

Donald Trump has already appointed three US Supreme Court justices. According to Associated Press, in his second term, the president-elect could well have a chance to name two more, creating a high court with a Trump-appointed majority that could serve for decades.

The decisive outcome spares the court from having to wade into election disputes. It also seems likely to change the tenor of cases that come before the justices, including on abortion and immigration, AP notes.

The two eldest justices — Clarence Thomas, 76, and Samuel Alito, 74 — could consider stepping down knowing that Trump, a Republican, would nominate replacements who might be three decades younger and ensure conservative domination of the court through the middle of the century, or beyond.

If Thomas stays on the court until near his 80th birthday, in June 2028, he will surpass William O. Douglas as the longest-serving justice. Douglas was on the court for more than 36 years.

You and I, if we ever meet, will have much to talk about.

For 15 years, I was the guy military intelligence, Joint Terrorism Task Force, Secret Service will visit if they want questions answered. My fee was $1,000. I only talked with seasoned veterans, the low level agents were kind of clueless, didn't know what to ask.

College professors, AP reporters visiting me, bringing a couple of hundred dollars for my time. Two of them went on to being expert witnesses at the infamous Charlottesville, VA trials.

I have always been fascinated with revolutions, revolts. Instead of reading about various groups, I actually went out to meet them, and get to know them.

One very well known expert on global extremism, who has testified a few times in front of a US Congressional Committee dropped everything, flew across the country for an opportunity to sit down with me one day.

I been out of all that for ten years now, but I still keep my finger in the air to see which way the wind blows. You must understand I cannot talk about a lot of things. But I can discuss, in general terms, what's out there.

Oh I’m such a bad ass.

It must be true because you’re saying it.

Meanwhile carry on with your delirious racist fantasies. Your thinking is the kind that saw black peoples in chains, and I’m sure if given the chance, that’s exactly how that thinking goes again.

There will be little to stop Trump in his second term

Donald Trump believes presidents have almost absolute power. In his second term, there will be few political or legal restraints to check him, CNN reports.

The president-elect’s sweeping victory over Vice President Kamala Harris suddenly turned the theoretical notion that he would indulge his autocratic instincts into a genuine possibility.

When Trump returns to the White House in January as one of the most powerful presidents in history, he’ll be able to take advantage of his filleting of guardrails during his first presidency, which he continued through legal manoeuvrings out of office.

It’s not guaranteed that just because Trump has massive power he will spurn constitutional checks and balances. But the lesson of Trump’s business and political career is that he seeks to obliterate all constraints.

He has, for instance, crushed opposition in the Republican Party and driven out political heretics who oppose his “Make America Great Again” creed. This will be increasingly significant since the GOP has already flipped the Senate and still hopes to complete a monopoly on Washington’s power by keeping the House, which CNN has not yet projected.

Biden to address Americans today after Trump storms back

US President Joe Biden will make a painful address to the nation today, vowing a peaceful transfer of power to Donald Trump after his political nemesis scored a crushing election win over Kamala Harris, AFP reports.

In what promises to be an agonising moment for Biden, he will speak in the Rose Garden of the White House at 11am (9pm Pakistan time) to “discuss the election results and the transition” to Trump’s second term.

Biden is however apparently determined to draw a stark contrast with Trump, whose refusal to accept his own 2020 election defeat by Biden culminated in the violent January 6, 2021 assault by Trump supporters on the US Capitol.

Biden is striking a presidential tone by calling Trump and inviting him to meet at the White House, despite their long history of bitter animosity. It would be the first time they had met since Biden’s disastrous debate performance against Trump in June that forced him out of the race.

You live near the mexican border?

As nice as mexican beaches look like on photos and videos, its a country i always feared visiting because of the uncontrolled violent crime.
But i guess tourist areas are safer..

hmmm Davey sounds like the everyday american guy to me...

I speak to one of my friend in the US yesterday.

She said Harris had her vote when she replace Biden, then lost it when she aligns with Liz Cheney.

There was a video I watch earlier today saying Dems (The Left) is not centrist enough. And that's why they lose the election.......... As I said, I expected the dem to point the finger at anything, but the root clause, coming from an outsider (I am a republican in case you haven't noticed) Is there, you are not left if you aren't going after the hard worker blue collar class.

While you can out elite the elite with the GOP (And they do) but that's what? 10% of the country? What about the middle 50% that workday in and day out for a living? You are talking about climate change, transgender what have you like you have solved all the issue in the world already, you are going to get rejected by the mass base.

I am not saying economy is not the issue, it is a major issue, but the dem losing touch with Working Class Grassroot base is more of an issue than you can't fix the economy for the dem.
Maybe their elitist ears will listen to an actual liberal Englishman in a tie. They are so out of touch.

He most definitely is not. Americans I have mostly found to be a very good people, regardless of ideology, or geography.

I like them, and I like the USA. Lived there for a very long time.

This person’s thinking is that of a small (but increasingly vocal) subsets of people.

And by the way there were a lot of colleagues at the business school I went to, who were Marines, US Army and Navy. An American professional soldier is something else, really of a high caliber.

But ‘Boot’ is the military term for someone who boasts, talks big and bigs themselves up
