We are led to believe Azad Kashmir is Pakistan centric and wants to be part of Pakistan and want rest of Indian Kashmir too
The Pakistan govt military want this too
We believe the voice of Pakistan kashmir is one
But
This indicates the opposite
Almost state within a state
So Pak seventy years of animosity is based on what exactly seems to me Kashmiri agenda is totally independent of Pakistan

It's something called autonomy, a concept EDIT who murdered 100,000+ Kashmiris cannot comprehend

I would have pulled back the police, LEAS to a dozen strategic locations only

After a month all these protests would die down on thier own forcing the leadership into more reasonable demands so that you can sit down and have a constructive dialogue

What you dont do is crush mindset that IK implemented because same thing happened with TLP and it didn't turn out well for anyone LEAs or the average people nor the economy at large despite no support from most the urban middle class
It radicalizes people into more extreme positions

People laughed at me when I said about a year ago, The way we re-establish legitimate democracy back in Pakistan, will be tied to the Kashmiri cause, and how that cause can be stood up for in a more effective manner as well.

I said it then, and I’ll say it again. The people must feel they are being heard and the leaders they pick must be accepted.

Bro you have little understanding of anything I am saying.
Who do you think the Azad Kashmir regiment are? Do you know how they were founded? From the AKRF, my grandfather and entire elder generation help found the militia and fought the 1948 war. I can write more, much more and you'll be shocked at just how much my bloodline has done for Pakistan, and in particular for the army.
Now let me explain my stance.
We hate the current rulers. No one wants them apart from feudal lords, of which they are as well, and their families. They have become accustomed to using government paramilitary and the Punjab police to enforce their will.
Our people had demands, the extent of which have already been discussed in this thread. A peaceful march was disrupted and attacked brutally by men sent by them which resulted in a backlash and counter attack. Now in the midst of high level discussions the Rangers have been sent and there has been live firing. You should be questioning who is trying to sabotage the talks and set the region on fire. Calling for force on us is unfair and secondly makes us very angry. Anger will lead to conflict.

That's not true.
But someone is playing with fire in the centre, it's full of filthy traitors . How on one hand can Sharif be talking about peace and engaged in talks along with their leadership and on the other we see Rangers arriving.
It's going downhill fast.
