If 1971 was the horrendous industrial scale indiscriminate slaughter of Bangladeshis which Indians suggest it was, Mujib wouldn't have normalized relations with Pakistan and visited in 1973 and Bangladeshis wouldn't hate India more than Pakistan today. The 1971 cult was dismantled and exposed as a grift by Bangladeshis themselves when they overthrew Hasina and the quota system reserves for veterans of the war.
And quite frankly, Indians should just stop talking about 1971 given that Bengali-speakers are being rounded up and sent to concententration camps in India.

I think you're too uncomfortable to talk about how Indian Hindu society is uniquely hostile to Kashmiris in a way Pakistan will never be so you choose to deflect to other things

the dumb american ambassador should worry more about his own country (thats sinking under Trillions of Debts, their own citizens struggling in daily lives, and about to be sunk/destroyed by the israeli zionists).
With a name(Gor) like that, its not really a surprise to me anyway.
America has lost its influence and importance and capabilities in the region, the war on iran accelerated the irrelevance of them yankees pretty much. Now about to be purged soon from the ME too.
They should know better than to irritate and fumble with their relationship with Pakistan. If the ambassador did this on his own to please some indians, i'm sure he'll be taken to task by his own people at state dept and pentagon. And if its on behalf of zions/hindutva and was planned, it won't end well too. America/West is on decline, Europe too, so relying on those sinking shoulders won't do much for modi govt.
