Let's not ignore the fact that we also lost 3 F-15Es supposedly due to friendly fire. That story is getting stranger and stranger.
That was such BS you can see the Kuwaiti F-18 not just in WVR but gun range they'll likely cover this up as friendly fire and not something more sinister. That pilot is likely already dead or in a Kuwaiti prison where none will know his name.

Trump Calls Iran ‘Loser of the Middle East’ After Regime’s President Apologizes for Strikes on Arab Neighbors

A third aircraft carrier, USS George H.W. Bush, heads to the Middle East as Trump vows to hit Iran “very hard.”

Iran, the world’s biggest state sponsor of terrorism, has now been turned into “THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST,” President Donald Trump said as the U.S.-Israeli joint Operation ‘Epic Fury’ entered its eighth day on Saturday.

The comment came after Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian made a groveling apology to his Arab neighbours following his regime’s week-long deadly missile and drone attacks. “I should apologize to the neighboring countries that were attacked by Iran, on my own behalf,” Pezeshkian said. “From now on, they should not attack neighboring countries or fire missiles at them, unless we are attacked by those countries,” he assured them.

Iran, formerly a regional bully, “apologized and surrendered to its Middle East neighbors, and promised that it will not shoot at them anymore,” President Trump observed.

Writing on Truth Social, Trump said:
“Iran, which is being beat to HELL, has apologized and surrendered to its Middle East neighbors, and promised that it will not shoot at them anymore. This promise was only made because of the relentless U.S. and Israeli attack.
They were looking to take over and rule the Middle East. It is the first time that Iran has ever lost, in thousands of years, to surrounding Middle Eastern Countries. They have said, “Thank you President Trump.” I have said, “You’re welcome!” Iran is no longer the “Bully of the Middle East,” they are, instead, “THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST,” and will be for many decades until they surrender or, more likely, completely collapse!
Today Iran will be hit very hard! Under serious consideration for complete destruction and certain death, because of Iran’s bad behavior, are areas and groups of people that were not considered for targeting up until this moment in time. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

Pezeshkian, now part of the three-member council running Iran following ‘Supreme Leader’ Khamenei’s elimination last Saturday, is among the few pre-war senior regime leaders still alive.

“Iran’s military is gone, their navy is gone and their communications are gone,” President Trump said Friday. “Their leaders are gone — two sets, and they’re already on the third set.”
Some reports suggest that Pezeshkian was criticized by the IRGC, regime’s military arm, and the Mullahs, indicating open infighting with the ruling system.

Pezeshkiana, handpicked by Khamenei for the top job, could also be trying to position himself as the ‘moderate’ figure as the regime tithers on the verge of collapse.

Third aircraft carrier, USS George H.W. Bush, heads to the Middle East as Trump vows to hit Iran “very hard.”

President Trump’s declaration to hit the Iranian regime “very hard” comes as the world’s largest aircraft carrier, USS Gerald R. Ford, enters the theater of war by sailing into the Red Sea.

While the USS Abraham Lincoln is already deployed in the Arabian Sea, the USS George H.W. Bush carrier group was also being dispatched to the Middle East.

“The USS Gerald R. Ford is now operating in the Middle East as the conflict with Iran continues amid back-and-forth airstrikes. Another carrier is expected to deploy from the United States,” Fox News reported Friday. “The USS George H.W. Bush finished its training exercise on Thursday, the Navy announced.”

Israeli Air Force follows overnight strikes with renewed air raids on Iranian regime targets

Refusing to grant Tehran any respite, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Saturday morning it “has begun a broad wave of strikes towards the infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime in Tehran and Isfahan,” both home to the regime’s military and nuclear facilities.

The announcement came after a massive overnight Israeli airstrike on Iran. “The IDF completed an additional wave of strikes targeting infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime in Tehran,” the Israeli military said in a statement on Saturday morning. “Over 80 Israeli Air Force fighter jets, guided by IDF intelligence, completed an additional wave of strikes targeting infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime in Tehran and additional areas in central Iran.”

Among the targets was the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps military university, “used for the training of IRGC officers,” the IDF revealed.

Another target appears to be one of the so-called underground ‘missile cities’ built by the regime. The IDF confirmed striking an “underground infrastructure used for storing ballistic missiles, where hundreds of regime operatives were operating.” The facility “included military bunkers and command centers from which senior officials of the Iranian regime were operating.”

Israel strikes Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon

Iranian proxy terror group Hezbollah is paying a heavy price for entering the war on behalf of the Mullah regime. “Overnight [Saturday], the IDF completed an additional wave of strikes targeting rocket launchers, weapons storage facilities, and additional military sites belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in various areas in southern Lebanon and in the Beqaa valley,” the Israeli military disclosed.

“Additionally, yesterday [Friday], commanders of Hezbollah’s ‘Radwan Force’ and two ‘Radwan Force’ command centers were struck in the area of Majdal Sel, in southern Lebanon,” the IDF statement added. “The commanders who were struck, operated recently to advance and carry out various terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians.”

Update: IDF struck Iran’s central missile production sites

Besides targeting Iranian ballistic missile and launch sites, the Israeli Air Force is also dismantling regime’s missile production capabilities. Since the operation began a week ago, Israel has struck two of Iran’s central ballistic missile manufacturing facilities in the north of the country, the IDF disclosed Saturday evening.

“The IDF struck the two main ballistic missile production sites of the Iranian terror regime,” the military said in a statement.
“Over the past week, hundreds of Israeli Air Force fighter jets, acting on IDF intelligence, struck two of the Iranian terror regime’s main production sites for ballistic missiles and additional weapons. The sites are in the areas of Parchin and Shahrud,” the IDF statement added.

Update: Israel destroys 16 Hezbollah weapons transport planes in a strike on Tehran airport

Israeli fighter jets struck Tehran’s IRGC-run Merabad Airport, destroying 16 transport planes used by the regime’s Quds Force to supply weapons to Lebanon-based Hezbollah.

“Overnight, the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, completed a broad wave of strikes across Tehran and on military infrastructure located at the “Merabad Airport” in Tehran,” the IDF revealed on Saturday.

The military airport “was used by the Quds Force of the IRGC and served as a central hub for arming and funding the regime’s terrorist proxies in the Middle East. Aircraft loaded with weapons and cash took off from the airport numerous times and landed across the region for the use of the Iranian terror regime’s proxies.”
“In the strike, 16 aircraft of the ‘Quds Force’ unit of the IRGC were precisely dismantled. These aircraft were transferring weapons to Hezbollah as part of the regime’s effort to arm the terrorist organization, which serves as its main terrorist proxy,” the IDF disclosed.

Analysis: The dominant mood in Israel right now is not fear. It is relief

The clear military dominance established by Israel and the U.S. over an enemy openly committed to Israel's destruction has allayed long-held fears

Amid the war with Iran, many expected Israelis to be overwhelmed by fear, anxiety, or rage. The reality is different. Across much of Israel right now the prevailing emotion is relief, even as the fighting continues and sirens still blare.

There are several reasons for this.

One reason is the scale of the military success. It has gone far beyond what most people expected. With strong U.S. backing Israel has achieved near total air superiority over Iran within just a week of fighting. Strikes have systematically destroyed missile launchers, command centers, radar systems, and other threats. Very few people expected such dominance so quickly. For many Israelis it is a source of pride and relief.

Another reason is that while the human cost is heartbreaking, it is far lower than the catastrophic scenarios many feared. About a dozen Israeli civilians have been killed by Iranian missile strikes so far, including the tragic strike on Beit Shemesh that claimed nine lives. Thousands of missiles could have been fired. Instead Israel’s defenses and preemptive strikes have kept casualties far lower than many worst case prognostications. Every loss hurts deeply, but many Israelis see this as a painful but limited cost for confronting a major threat.

A third factor is psychological. This war has been looming for weeks and even months. The uncertainty and anticipation created enormous tension across the country. Now the confrontation is underway and Israel is clearly gaining the upper hand. Moving from endless waiting to decisive action has brought a powerful sense of release. The wait is over.

'Absolute air superiority'
Above all there is a deeper reason. For decades the Iranian regime has openly committed itself to Israel’s destruction through proxies, missiles, terror networks, and its nuclear ambitions. Israelis have lived under that shadow for years. Now many feel that the greatest threat to their country may finally be weakening. The sense of relief from confronting that threat directly is difficult to overstate.

There is also genuine hope for the people of Iran. Many Iranians want freedom, prosperity, and normal lives. Some even hope for a different relationship with Israel one day. If this conflict eventually gives them a real chance at a different future, it is something many Israelis would welcome.

War is brutal. There is no escaping that reality. But in this moment the dominant feeling in Israel is relief. Relief that the confrontation many feared for years is finally happening. Relief that Israel appears to be prevailing

US air defense has been excellent overall

U.S. Forces Issue Safety Warning to Civilians in Iran

TAMPA, Fla. – U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) is issuing a safety warning to civilians in Iran, March 8, as Iran’s terrorist regime blatantly disregards the safety of innocent people.

The Iranian regime is using heavily populated civilian areas to conduct military operations, including launching one-way attack drones and ballistic missiles. This dangerous decision risks the lives of all civilians in Iran since locations used for military purposes lose protected status and could become legitimate military targets under international law.

Iranian forces are using crowded areas surrounded by civilians in cities such as Dezful, Esfahan and Shiraz to launch attack drones and ballistic missiles.

U.S. forces strongly urge civilians in Iran to stay at home. The Iranian regime is knowingly endangering innocent lives.

Additionally, Iranian forces are jeopardizing the safety of innocent people throughout the Middle East by deliberately and indiscriminately targeting civilian airports, hotels, and residential neighborhoods.
“Iran’s terrorist regime is blatantly disregarding civilian lives by attacking Gulf partners while compromising the safety of their own people,” said Adm. Brad Cooper, commander of CENTCOM.

Iran has launched hundreds of ballistic missiles and thousands of one-way attack drones since Feb 28. However, launch rates have drastically declined as U.S. and partner forces decimate Iran’s military capabilities.

The U.S. military takes every feasible precaution to minimize harm to civilians but cannot guarantee civilian safety in or near facilities used by the Iranian regime for military purposes. Unlike the Iranian regime, U.S. forces do not target or intentionally risk the safety of civilians.

It Begins: Iranian Drone Strikes Bahrain Desalination Plant As Worst-Case Scenario Unfolds

Update (Sunday):

From data centers in the Gulf area to water desalination plants, the worst-case scenario is now unfolding in the Middle East conflict, with no boundaries regarding civilian infrastructure.

We warned earlier last week, after correctly predicting that data centers would be targeted, that water desalination plants would be next (see the previous update).

Al Jazeera reports that after Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi claimed the US targeted a water desalination plant in Iran, an IRGC kamikaze drone then targeted a desalination plant in Bahrain.

Al Jazeera also outlined the importance of water desalination plants to the Gulf region:

  • GCC states hold about 60% of global desalination capacity and produce around 40% of the world's desalinated water through more than 400 plants.
  • Most GCC countries rely heavily on desalination: 90% of Kuwait's drinking water, 86% in Oman, 70% in Saudi Arabia, and 42% in the UAE.
  • Saudi Arabia is the world's largest producer, with capacity projected to reach 8.5 million cubic meters per day by 2025 after $80 billion in investments.
Bahrain's Ministry of Interior wrote on X, "The Iranian aggression randomly bombs civilian targets and causes material damage to a water desalination plant following an attack by a drone."

* * *

First we warned that data centers would become drone targets, and then IRGC strikes hit Amazon AWS and Microsoft-linked AI infrastructure across the Gulf. Next, we flagged water desalination plants as another target. Now, with reports that a desalination facility in Iran has been struck, it is increasingly clear that this conflict has no boundaries when it comes to civilian infrastructure.
